Location: Banner Elk, Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina, USA (Two hours from Charlotte & Greensboro)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Just eight miles Southeast of Boone, North Carolina. Elevation of property 4500 feet overlooking Hawksnest Ski Resort.Skiing, Snowtubing, and Snowboarding can all be done right at Hawksnest Resort.

Beautiful vistas of distant mountain ranges, valleys, and ridges. With Spectacular sunrises, this split-level house is just the place to bring the family. It has an upper level outside deck and another deck downstairs with its own entrance. Plenty of windows so you can enjoy the gorgeous views from the great indoors.

.This is a great destination to get away from the heat in the summer...Its a whole other season with such things as hiking, river rafting, bicycling. We overlook Hawksnest Ski Resort. Speaking of skiing, winter will be here before you know it. Hawksnest has the longest and most thrilling, chilling snowtubing run in the east. Great snowboarding park and a perfect place to ski. But before that, we wil have Fall/leaf season. So many beautiful trees of all species and just the most unbelieveable array of color that you couldn't even imagine until you see it for yourself. Our rental house is located right over the Hawksnest Ski Resort. You could walk there or just watch the festivities from your deck. The Blue Ridge Parkway isn't far and that is the best place to see Fall leaves and a few deer. We are between Boone and Banner Elk.

Three beds can accommodate six people.We have one full size aero bed and one twin aero bed. Number of occupants must be approved by owner.NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER.Please use the VRBO website #50133 to make your reservations.You will get a response as soon as we get your e-mail. When coming up the mountain,don't turn up Skiiview. Its the next road after that..Snowcloud Drive.....Due to the abuse of the Pet allowed rule we no longer accept pets for the simple reason that people get the ok for one pet and they bring 3 or 4 .No Pet unless ok'd by the owner and no more than 8 people unless ok'd by owner.Thanks... Spring is going to be here soon. Make your reservations soon for a trip to the mountains.They will be revamping the golf course this summer but there are at least 5 other courses close by. Plenty of things to do. The turkeys, and birds of all species are here in abundance. Hope to see you soon..

Winter season$150.00 to $200.00 per night $60.00 Clean-up fee and %6 tourism tax.
GOLF SEASON: June 15th thru Sept.15th      Rate $150.00 per/day
LEAF SEASON: Oct.5th thru Oct.25th         Rate $150.00 per/day
OFF  SEASON: All Other Dates:Rate $125.00 /day. Balance due upon arrival.
