  • We are just finishing up a month at Villa Grace and it is a wonderful place to stay....close to all activities in Cape Coral, 20 minutes from Red Sox Spring training, and close to Pine Island and marinas for day trips. Beaches are about 30 minutes away. The home is large and accomodating and the pool is delightful after a long day. We will definitely be back as the owner is very responsive to any problem and checked in with us to be sure everything was to our liking! A wonderful spot for families or couples with guests!

  • We stayed at Villa Grace the week of 3/15/08-3/21/08. There were three couples and a child. The house was wonderful and roomy enough to accommodate all of us. We were able to enjoy together time and also had space to have alone time. A great feature to the house is the pool and hot tub which was wonderful for our group that had an age range of 13-70. The location is great and is easily accessible. The places we went to explore were usually within a 15-30 minute drive. The whole group was enthusiastic about Villa Grace and are letting others know what a wonderful place it is and how much we all enjoyed our trip to the Gulf Coast of Florida. We are thankful we were able to spend a week at Villa Grace and highly recommend it to others.

  • House was perfect, very inviting and ideal for our trip to our son's College Spring Break Baseball. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing and enjoyed everyday and evening. Ideal house for one family or a group, well maintained and everything at your disposal. Would love to come back and will recommend to anyone we know is coming
