Quiet tree lined neighborhood can be your home away from home while visiting Yakima. Whether if you are town for for work or play you will be comfortable in the well cared for two bedroom and one bath home with full kitchen. (Plus use of options lower unit with additional bath, kitchen, bedroom with full bed and twin in other area of lower unit.) One queen and and 2nd room has a full and a twin bed; sleeps up to five upstairs and with added lower unit sleeps 8. Front room has love seat, recliner and other seating. TV with Wifi streaming; set up with out Netflix/Hulu account for entertainment.
You can also rent the house with the basement. which sleeps 3 more guest. One queen bedroom, large kitchenette with full fridge, bath with shower, and 1 twin in open living/sleeping area. Great for large groups or 2 separate families that want there own space. Has separate entrance too. Off street parking in back yard behind gate. Lower unit is an additional $35.00 per stay and $10 per person a night. Possible increased cleaning fee.
Also for individual working out of town for extended time, you could possible rent the basement unit for your stay. Lower unit monthly at $900.00 for single occupancy.
Relax on the covered front porch or walk to many of the close locations such as Franklin Park, Yakima Valley Community College, Memorial Hospital, Regional hospital, St. Paul's cathedral, to name just a few.
Both bedrooms and family room have new hardwood floors. Master bedroom has a queen size Serta mattress that was bought in 2014. Second bedroom has a twin and a full. Bath has shower and tub. Gas heat, central air will keep temperature comfortable. Hot tub use is negotiable.
Room for two cars off street and there is more room to park across the street from the home.
At times, (less than 10 days a month) my husband stays in the lower unit of the home, which is completely separate from upstairs. I would be surprised if you ever saw him or knew he was there.
