Enjoy over 1800 square feet of spacious oceanfront living!!! Just walk out the front patio and down to the sandy beach below at Fletcher Cove. This is a small, quiet beach frequented by families and a few surfers. Many times it will be your own private beach (except for the lifeguards watching over you!). Next to the beach and just a few steps from the condo is a BRAND NEW city park with basketball court, kiddie playground, amphitheatre, etc.!!!
If you get tired of the beach and the ocean waves lapping at your feet, you can walk to numerous shops and restaurants along the Coast Highway. A mile to the south is the Del Mar Fairgrounds/Race Track complex. There is always something exciting going on there!! Another mile to the south is the posh, seaside resort town of Del Mar. In Del Mar, you will find the best food on the planet!
If you would like to do a bit of driving, several amusement parks and a multitude of outdoor activities are just a short drive away. The world famous San Diego Zoo and Sea World to the south, our beautiful local mountains to the east, the Wild Animal Park to the northeast, and Legoland to the north, are just a few of the attractions that await you. Disneyland is only 90 miles to the north!

Why the Owner Chose Solana Beach
My family and I love Fletcher Cove. I surf there frequently, and my wife and kids love to hang out on the beach or play at the playground. One day while we were at the beach, we looked up on the bluff and said to each other that would be a great place to have a beach home for family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo overlooking Fletcher Cove is in a great spot to enjoy everything that Southern California has to offer. The surf is fun, but not menacing. The beach is accessible, but never overcrowded. The highway is close, but not intrusive.
