We had the pleasure of staying at the 24th St. Condo for a week in July. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, blender, coffee maker and everything you may need. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the beds were just wonderful. It is very nice to be so close to the beach and boardwalk and you never heard noise from the boardwalk. We would love to stay again at the Condo. Diane M., Levittown, PA

Come visit Ocean Haven, our NEW home in North Wildwood. Steps to the boardwalk ramp at 24th Avenue. This beautiful second floor condo includes 3 bedrooms (all with windows), 2 large bathrooms(with blow dryers), cathedral ceilings and an open, spacious kitchen, dining area and family room leading to a large balcony with comfy chairs. Watch the gorgeous sunrise from our porch! (I did, it's magnificent!)
The master bedroom suite is absolutely gorgeous. I've decorated this room in a Cabana theme. There is a Bassett king size bed with the most comfortable pillowtop mattress and a 20" TV with cable and DVD/VCR. Lots of closet space and a large master bathroom are part of this Master Suite! This room also has two windows to let the sun in.
The second bedroom has a palm tree theme with a Bassett queen size bed with pillowtop mattress and a 20" TV with cable and DVD/VCR. This room also has a large size closet and two windows to let the Wildwood sun in!
Our kids LOVE the third bedroom with its pyramid bunk bed (twin on top, full size on bottom) and 20" TV with cable and DVD/VCR. This room has one window and a full wall closet for extra storage of your suitcases. The kids will find toys and games for all ages in the full wall closet! Our kids LOVE this room.
The family room, with its cathedral ceilings, full size slider door with palladium window above it, boasts a beautiful POOL BLUE Lazy Boy queen size sleeper sofa, love seat and ottoman. Our home is comfortable with lots of space to spread out and unwind. Our wall unit has a 36" TV with cable and DVD/VCR, books, magazines, DVD's, tapes and games galore for your vacation fun.
The dining area is open to the kitchen and family room making this a true GREAT room. The banquet tables seats 8 people comfortably and we have two more swivel seats at the breakfast bar.
Local phone service is provided.
We are located in the BEACH BLOCK with no streets to cross and we are only one block north of Morey's Pier.
The kitchen has all of the major appliances and a breakfast bar with two swivel chairs. I've stocked the kitchen for entertaining. There is a beautiful large gathering table that will seat 8 comfortably. This kitchen has all new GE appliances including an ice maker, a Black and Decker coffee pot with filters, toaster oven and plenty of serving dishes and specialty glasses for your entertaining pleasure. We also have a waffle iron and a George Foreman grill. The gas grill is downstairs in our storage room.
The separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is plenty of closet space.
Both bathrooms are large with full size tubs and showers. I've provided blow dryers in each bathroom for your convenience as well.
All of our furniture is brand new. There is a two car garage and an OUTDOOR SHOWER. Beach chairs AND BICYCLES await you in our storage room.
DID I SAY NO STREETS TO CROSS TO GET TO THE BEACH?
Check out our HAVEN down the shore. We are located on the right side of 24th Avenue, BEACH BLOCK. Weeks are filling up fast. This one won't last!
