Located on the ground floor this lovely one bedroom, two bath unit has a 400 square foot lanai with excellent garden view and picturesque view of pool #3.This unit has been upgraded with a king size bed and the sofa makes into a queen bed. We are sure you will find all of the furnishings and appliances in good taste, and very conducive to a relaxing and restful vacation. Or perhaps a party or two, which ever suits you..
This unit is only an eight minute walk down the green belt to our pavilion and main pool which are located at beautiful Keawakapu Beach. This beach is one of Maui's most beautiful, as well as being an excellent swimming beach (very safe).
BBQ and dining facilities are located at the pavilion, which makes a great place for a party . Or maybe just to watch the sunset. You can't help but enjoy yourself.

Rates based on standard occupancy of 2 people, a charge of $10 per
additional person over 12 years old will be added.
A $200 Security Deposit, in a separte check, is required on all rentals.
Monthly Rentals and over will receive a 10% Discount.already in price
Hawaii Excise and Transient Tax of 11% will be added to total rental.
