Gentle trade winds creates ideal weather, no need for air conditioning. Available for long term rental or by the week--privacy and discretion assured. The owner will also provide tourist information and prepare the condo for your special needs. Owner will stock refrigerator with foods you wish to have for an extra fee. Private and quiet location while being convenient for day trips to the spectacular Garden Island Kauai.

Master Bedroom has new king sized mattress and ensuite bathroom. Second Bedroom has full sized bed. Additional pull-out queen is in living room. Wall to wall carpeting, ceiling fans in each room.
All linens provided with exception of beach towels and beach gear.

Long term rental for up to 1 year is available/Terms at $2700/month.
No refunds for cancellations. First time renters require $500 security
deposit which will be fully refunded post-cleaning and inventory.
