You will feel the comfort of a home, not a hotel. Our clubhouse offers 2 pools (one heated, and open all winter!), 1 kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. With Tanger Outlet Mall just a couple of miles North, and Downtown Park City a couple of miles south, we know you will agree that this is the best location in town. We are also just minutes away from THE CANYONS, PARK CITY AND DEER VALLEY SKI RESORTS! The city bus stops just a few yards from our door making your transportation needs even more convenient. We are sure you will find this spacious condominium to have all the luxury of home. TVs in every bedroom...TV, DVD games, movies, and music provided for your enjoyment with surround sound in the living room. We have stocked the kitchen with all the amenities you could possibly need. We have new dishes, pots and pans, small appliances and spices for cooking. You'll even find condiments in the frig! You can only get this when you rent directly from the owner. You'll know you are in a home, and not a hotel. Don't want to cook while on vacation? Just throw some burgers on the new gas grill, located on the patio. The four beautifully furnished bedroom suites are all updated with new linens, spreads, pillows, and accessories. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with twins. All bedrooms have private baths. The master is privately located upstairs with a king size bed and brand new walk in shower. Every bedroom has a TV, and private bath. For our SUMMER VISITORS, you will have a short walk to the clubhouse to enjoy the large outdoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and picnic area. The hot-tub and sauna are available for guests year around. For a fee, the clubhouse also offers a private room...great for meetings and parties! For the comfort of all our guests, this is a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS facility.

10.5% Sales Tax added to all rentals. 50% down/balance due 45 days before arrival.
Deposits on cancellations less than 60 days in advance are non refundable,
However, we will help you apply these funds to a future stay.  Cancellations made
over 60 days in advance will receive a full refund less $200.
