We have been traveling to the Park City area for 4+ years, and this is one of the best places we've stayed. We got exactly what the listing said...there was a great amount of room, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was wonderful to have ski/snowboard storage right there, as well as covered parking. The location was wonderful...it was so easy to get to the Cabriolet lift for the Canyons. It was close enough to come back to the condo for lunch then go back out to the slopes again. Jean Ann was great to work with and we will be back again!

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay for the second year in this condo. It is comfortable, and very well equipped. A big plus is the people that own/rent the unit are very nice.

Stayed at this unit in January of 2011. This unit is very well maintained and appointed. There were 8 people in our group when we stayed at this unit and there were no complaints. Nice flat screen tv in the den. Master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The other bedrooms are also well appointed and comfortable but not as luxurious as the master. Unit is well located for skiing at the Canyons. You are not on the slopes but not far from it. If you ski elsewhere you will need to plan on using the PC bus system or arrange for shuttle transportation. Redpines condos have a central pool area with hot tubs and a sauna. It was well maintained during our stay and a nice end to a long day on the slopes. The owners are reputable and very easy to work with. If I return to PC to ski in the future, (I'm kinda getting the itch to go back to Colorado), I will definitely consider staying here again.

Highly recommended. We had a great time.We were a party of 9,2 old fogies and 7 college age kids. The condo was spacious and very well kept. The kitchen had all the amenities and the huge living room with the fireplace was perfect after a day of snowboarding. Could not have asked for a more central location. We would walk to the Canyon Resort every day. 10 minutes away from Main Street by car. Hope to go again next year.

This unit was perfect for the four us as a home base for our anually travelling golf outing. The four-bedroom/four-bath set up was great. The home is very clean, very tasteful, and well apointed. The kitchen is modern and well stocked and the living area is very comfortable with a nice sized flat screen television above the fireplace. This would be a place that we would all consider returning to for another golf trip, but it would also be ideal for a family vacation (summer or winter) as it is located very near the lift to the Canyons ski area. It is also just a few minutes from all the restaurants, shops, and bars in Park City.

At the end of July, we held our family reunion in Park City. We rented this and 3 other Red Pines townhomes. These rentals were perfect for our family. Our family is large ranging in age from 1 year old to 75. There was plenty to do - even when we didn't have formal, organized activities. The kitchen/living room areas were large enough to accomodate our large family for combined meals. We also loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. That worked very well for us. Having access to the clubhouse pools and tennis courts was a great bonus. If you are looking for super nice townhouse in a great location, this is the place!

You can see how nice the unit is from pictures, but Jean Ann's professional approach to managing the unit is the real hidden gem here. Great place for several people because the bedrooms are spaced out such that no one disturbs each other. This was a great place!

Believe it or not! Even though the pictures posted on VRBO are great, they do not do this unit justice. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 to spread out and the furnishings were comfortable; a great fit for an active group! We eat all of our meals in, and the kitchen in Jean Ann's unit was the best ever. It was totally stocked; all the spices we needed were already there, and the cooking utensils were top notch. We used the crock pot and the food processor to make soups and stews to take to the slopes. It was like having all the comforts of home. Additionally, the people mover was a little over a block away, providing a short ride to the lifts. I would definitely give this unit a thumbs up.

For the second year in a row, we have very much enjoyed this unit. Sleeping quarters are surprisingly extensive and living areas are very comfortable and the entire unit is clean and tastfully decorated. It is a great compliment to all the activities our four Florida grandchildren enjoy, including skiing, tubing, ice skating and sledding right behind the unit. The owners are extremely attentive and have retained a private maintenance person to keep the parking area and walkways clear of snow and ice. All in all a very enjoyable experience which we plan to repeat in the future.

I organized a six day golf trip for myself and three friends. I chose the Park City area because of the numerous public golf courses within a short drive from Park City. The townhouse was perfect for us. It is wonderfully furnished, clean and very comfortable for 4 guys. We even grilled steaks one night after golf. Park City is a hidden treasure in the summer as there are no crowds. We played 8 rounds on 7 courses in 6 days. We found time to see Olympic Park and enjoyed an exciting raft trip near Sundance. Jean Ann was great to work with. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone planning a trip to the Park City area.

This was our second trip to Park City, but our first to The Canyons. The location of the townhouse is great! It’s halfway between The Canyons’ base and the Cabriolet. Although both are within walking distance, we drove to the Cabriolet with our gear and rode it to the mountain. You can get Lift tickets at the Cabriolet. We had a group of ten. If anyone left early, they would walk back to the townhouse in less than ten minutes. The townhouse was VERY clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having four bathrooms was a big plus. We walked to the Clubhouse every night. After a long day of skiing, it was great to soak in the hot tubes. There is an outlet mall, grocery store, and restaurants within five minutes. Park City is less than ten minutes away. I’m not sure if a car is necessary, but it certainly makes life easier. The landlord was easy to work with. The whole rental process was surprisingly fast and easy. We would definitely recommend this townhouse to others.

Jean Ann was remarkably helpful in planning our ski trip to the Park City area in 2010. Her family's condo was exactly as represented in the photo gallery and well equipped. We felt we were living in a friend's home. We will clearly be back.

We stayed at this townhouse with 7 adult family members for our annual ski trip. The townhouse is beautiful -well decorated, spacious and most comfortable for a family of 7 adults. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with all the best of equiptment for cooking family meals.Good location, near the Canyons ,Park City and Deer Valley-location,convient to stores ,restaurants and Park City scene. The owners are very professional and thoughtful in dealing with renters. Return calls and emails promptly-they know what they are doing. Highly reccommended for a turn key vacation experience-we plan to return annually. This location recieves our highest endorsement.

We had a wondurful time and the unit was just as described in the listing. With six adults and five kids aged 1,6,8,8,& 10 we were full but had the great opportunity to bond. There were no surprises. The unit was clean, well maintained and appointed. We even had a sleds, crib, high chair, baby gates and vaporizor on request. The owners were very helpful in helping to plan and enjoy the week once there. Kids (all from Florida)loved the variety of activities, including skiing, tubing and mini-snowmobiling at Gorgoza Park (15 minutes), ice skating at the new Park City ice rink (15 minutes) and sledding just across the street. Grocery shopping was at Albertson's (10 minutes) which had everything. Two liquor stores (10 minutes) and each had a great variety of wines. We definitely plan on returning.
Owner response:We love a happy guest and look forward to many more! This is our 2nd home so we try to have everything we would want and need for ourselves and our grandkids. We are family friendly, but also handle a lot of men's and women's ski groups. We look forward to hearing from you! Jean Ann (owner)
