This property sits directly looking out at Clam Island at the mouth of Maltby Cove on Long Island Sound. The large spacious flat backyard turns into your private sandy beach!
First Floor has a one-car garage, half-bath, and laundry area complete with washer, dryer, and a full-size freezer.
Second floor has two bedrooms. One with a full-size bed and second with two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms have closets, dressers, night stands with clock radios, phones, and air conditioners. Living room features a sitting area with the TV/VCR/DVD and includes a Queen-size sleeper sofa.
The three season family room is the jewel. It runs the full width of the back of the house and has large windows on three sides that look out on Clam Island and Maltby Cove. This room has a dining area with a large maple dining table and chairs on one end. The other end has another Queen-size sofa sleeper and chair placed around a woodburning fireplace.

We had a wonderful week! The home was perfect for our family of 5 - all adults and young adults. The views and sunsets were gorgeous. Water was clear and inviting! Lovely area for daily walks and swimming. Thank you for sharing your home!

Really wonderful place to stay with the family. The back yard is great for croquet & lawn games and there is a small protected beach - perfect for small kids. The neighborhood is charming and the hosts very accommodating.

What a wonderful find! Winter calm makes this an ideal retreat. The beauty here is astounding! Hosts are superb - and committed to the comfort of their guests. I hope to come back soon. A real gem!

It's a wonderful experience. The view is magnificent, and the house gives off a welcomeing atmostphere. Not to mention the neighbors were very nice. It's so relaxing and the beach in the back was great. I would recomend this. I will definetly stay there again soon.

Breathtaking sunset over the water! The views from the house are magnificent, and watching the water while sitting in front of the fireplace is a wondefully relaxing experience. House is well furnished and had everything we needed. Neighborhood is residential and cozy, and yet it is a short drive to stores and restaurants. Owner was very accomodating with my late request, and the heat was on when I arrived at the house. I will definitely go back!

This is a hidden treasure. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented, the views are precious. Rare to find such a wonderful home, with its very own beach, in such a quaint New England town as Branford, so close to NYC.

This property was remodeled this past summer with new paint and carpet throughout. The bathtroom was remodeled with a new floor, vanity, sink and tub suround. The appliances are only few years old and the beds are new.
