Please note we are booked for the busy time of January through March, 2016! 55+ community, no children or pets and minimum rental of at least 3 months! Thank you! This pleasant end condo is located in Pointe Overlook, a small community of homes built around a circle close to the beach in Lantana, Fl. The Florida Room is a nice place to read with comfortable seating and coffee table. Jalousie windows permit winter's cooler breezes into the home. The tropical-themed living room is equipped with a 2, and 3-seater sofa, a coffee table, side table, vitrine, credenza, and television. Cable TV and WIFI are included for our guests, quoted price includes water and electric utilities. The Dining area, adjacent to the kitchen has an oak table with 6 chairs. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2008, with 18 inch tile flooring, granite counter tops, high hat lighting and maple wood cabinets. Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and dishwasher are all in excellent condition. Kitchen is fully equipped and guest-ready! The master bedroom with recently installed wood bathroom vanity is to the rear of the home, and has a large walk-in closet. The walk-in shower and toilet is separate and adjacent to the vanity, all form part of the master bedroom suite. The master has a queen-sized bed and 2 night stands, a dressing table and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 is beach-themed, light and bright. It has two twin beds, with white wicker headboards, a dresser, wall closets and a television. The second full bath is located directly across the hall and has a bath/shower combo and new wooden bath vanity, paint and lighting. Laundry facilities are available just to the right of the back door. Parking is in a reserved spot just outside front door. Guest parking also available. Smoking is not permitted within the walls of the condo. UPDATE 10/2014: We have just added a pavered sun patio at the back of the unit with tropical flowering plants. There is an outdoor table with umbrella and seating for 4, a Charbroil gas grill and two zero gravity chairs for reclining in the sun.

-- Casual outdoor dining can also be had at Two George's or the Banana Boat both on the inlet, one next to the other and only 9 minutes drive away. There is also a marina here where you may hire a boat for a day's ocean fishing.
-- Lake Worth Beach is only 10 minutes drive away. A new casino with swimming pool, restaurants and stores opened there early 2013. Stroll along the promenade, relax on the beach or fish from the pier.
-- Boynton Beach Oceanfront Park off A1A is only 10 minutes drive and less busy than the Lake Worth beach.
-- If you want to venture further afield central Miami, with Miami Beach, the art deco trendy district of South Beach and the district of Old Havana with the famous Versailles restaurant is only 64 miles south on I-95, or an hour and 17 minutes away. Likewise Orlando and the host of attractions there is only 2 hours away.

About the owner: This home has been in my husband's family since his parents' purchased it in 1975. We live about 45 minutes drive away, but we wanted to keep the home and rent it out seasonally to folks who deserve some winter warmth and sunshine!
