Our retirement Villa with high speed internet, computer and golf car is located in the new Sumpter Landing community in the Village of Lynnhaven. It is convenient to both Town and Market Squares and only five minutes by golf car to the Arnold Palmer Golf and Country Club.
The Villa provides all the comforts of home. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a King-size bed, an ultra-comfortable mattress, TV, large walk-in closet, and decorated in a maritime motif. The master shower features dual seats. The guest bedroom has twin beds that can be joined for a second King-size bed. A computer and workstation is provided here for convenient access to both the internet and The Villages Net website. A four-piece bath is located adjacent to the guest bedroom. The great room includes vaulted ceiling and is decorated with rattan-style furniture and the kitchen has been equipped with the experienced cook in mind.

We love The Villages and have a homes in both Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. One is for our use and the other, when not rented, is for family and friends.

Our villa is conveniently located next to the Churchill Downs Recreation Center, 2 blocks from the neighborhood swimming pool and near one of my favorite golf courses, The Arnold Palmer Golf and Country Club.
