This updated, family run unit is only three units from the beach. The stairs are two doors away and you can take the short boardwalk to the Beach and/or Pool in less than one minute (All HHB&T go over the boardwalk to beach, as it preserves the natural beauty). DO NOT Get FOOLED by other units saying they are beachfront. Check out the view of the beach. This unit is family owned, rented and maintained, ensuring the best service and the cleanest and best stocked unit available.

We rented this unit in March 2011. It was not as represented. The couch was filthy and unusable. The unit was dirty and we cleaned it ourselves. There was no toilet paper. The patio door did not lock or close well. The bed was spongey. It's not a first class unit at all. Even worse the owner refuses to respond to our emails requesting return of our rental deposit, even though we caused no damage and left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. Don't rent this unit.
Owner response:This poster is posting for a unit that is not listed on VRBO. It is for another unit of mine.. Even with that I would like to address the rentors comments. This unit was completly redone and no one had stayed in it, prior to them, so the accusation that it was dirty could not be true, other than possibly dust settling from the construction that was done a couple of months prior. That said, I cleaned the entire unit myself after construction and had my crew clean the week before. The only two things in this unit that are not BRAND new are the bed and couch. They are not unusable and filthy, just not new. We have asked maintenance to check the patio door and it was difficult to move, but usualbe. They have fixed it. I do not cash deposit checks, but hold them, in case there is damage. I received their request for the check to be returned and sent the check back to them on 4/21/2011. This is one of the nicest units in the resort and I stand by that comment on the website.
