The second bedroom has 2 twin-beds, which could be pushed together should you desire, for overnight guests.
The living room contains a sectional sofa (Queen sleeper), swivel rocker, and a beautiful entertainment center, which houses a color TV, DVD/CD, VCR, with surround sound and updated stereo system. The living room also contains those little "extras" to give you the feeling of being in your home away from home. The sliding doors open to the lanai where you could have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while overlooking the golf course. Washer and dryer are in their own enclosed laundry area within the condo for your convenience.
This unit has all the comforts of home: dishes, pots and pans, appliances, bed linens, towels, etc. are all provided. We can provide internet service as well for an additional fee. Just bring yourself and your personal items... You are ready to enjoy the great southern weather & activities!

The Unique Benefits of this condo
There are SO many things to participate in like tennis, volleyball, basketball, bocce, walking/running, swimming, hot tubbing, kids playing at the playground, rollerblading in the arena on-site, golfing, eating at the local restaurants & shopping at the local plazas. Plus, it's SO close to the beaches in either Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs or Naples & only 10 minutes from the airport so you can zoom out the door & catch your flight! We couldn't ask for a better location!
