I understand my responsibilities as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages to the property caused by me or any member of my party. The maximum number of overnight guests are 6. Any increase must be approved prior to arrival and no more than the maximum occupancy will be allowed. Noise complaint fee is $500.00. Smoking fine is $350.00 No guests may assign this agreement.
An initial deposit payment equal to 50% of the total is required to make a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon confirmation of a reservation an email will be sent with payments options available thru paypal. If no response is received within 24 hrs of the confirmation email, the reservation dates will open again to the public.
