The pictures seemed to represent the condo. The condo was the cleanest we have experienced in the five years we have been coming to PCB. However, there seemed to be the need for some deep cleaning. The top of the fridge was disgusting. Light fixtures in all bathrooms were very dust covered. The bed in the front MB was awful, very high and slanted downward. The kitchen was a big disappointment. There were five drinking glasses, no juice glasses. There were plenty of wine glasses but not everyday glasses. There were no serving bowls, which made storing leftovers, or reheating same difficult. The refrigerator was too large for the space and was sticking out too far making one whole section of counters ace useless. Overall our time there was good with the aforementioned exceptions.

My husband and another father took our sons and 3 other 18 year old boys to Panama City Beach, Fl for their first spring break trip, since it was their senior year of high school. They all enjoyed the condo so much. They said that it could not have been a better layout or in a better location. The 3 bedrooms and extra bunk room were perfect for the seven of them. I was surprised that two of the boys slept in the bunk beds. I actually thought they would be too big for bunk beds, but my husband said they had plenty of room. The condo was stocked with everything they needed for the perfect trip. With Wal-Mart being pretty much across the road, they easily ran to the store for whatever food and necessities they needed for all of them. Sarah was so helpful when I was booking the condo for them. She was very prompt and accomodating everytime I e-mailed her with some question that I thought was silly. I will definitely look into this listing again if we travel back to Panama City Beach in the future..... Thank so much for allowing them to use your "second home". They thoroughly enjoyed their trip and your condo. You were such a help when I was finding a condo for them.

The pictures do not do this condo justice! Our family stayed during Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the view was spectacular. The guys enjoyed kicking back and watching the games on the big screen TV. Thanks Sara and Chris for allowing our whole family to enjoy our first time together at the beach!

Hi Sara, We had a great time in Panama City. The condo was great and we had plenty of room. The beaches were nice and the water was great up until the last couple of days with the thick seaweed. That's when we hit the pool! We would recommend your condo for sure and had a great time! Thanks again for the use of your condo!

We had a fantastic time staying in this condo. My friends and I have nothing but good thing to say about out stay here. The room is amazing and the view is as well. The weather was perfect all week so we had no reason to use the indoor or outdoor pools but they were very convienient. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Sara The condo was great! We were two families with 4 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room.The beach was fantastic and the kids enjoyed it. Weather was perfect. The location was very convenient for the Ironman event, close enough to walk to and yet far enough away to be quiet.I would certainly recommend your home and if we are to return to PCB. A few of my friends and myself took our daughters to the beach for their fall break. We had a wonderful time and the condo made it even better. The condo was decorated very tastfully. I loved all the palm tree themes. Thank you so much to the Goede family and the other couple for sharing this wonderfull condo with us. This was a vacation that all of us will never forget.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 small children just spent 5 days in this beautifully decorated unit. The furnishings were upscale and tasteful, with plenty of space for our entire family. The location was great and we were within walking distance of restaurants, beach shops and small grocery stores. The on-site restaurant located at the pool was reasonably priced and the food was excellent. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend this unit to others without hestitation.
