Why the Owner Chose Burgundy
We fell in love with Summit County several years ago since there is so much to do there! Our four children love to bring their friends up for ski weekends or summer biking the rec paths through Frisco, Breckenridge, over to Copper, etc. We are a super busy family but the mountains offer the chance to reconnect with each other and nature.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home offers plenty of privacy but yet has great common areas for meals and such. Even with a second family staying there, we have lots of space. We love grilling on the back deck or sitting on the front porch watching the sun go down behind Buffalo Mountain. And tucking up under blankets to watch favorite movies with the snow blowing outside is just wonderful!
Owner's Map of Burgundy
I try to get out on my bike as much as possible. I also enjoy horseback riding (English hunter/jumper style), playing tennis, and resistance training (AKA weight lifting). Each summer I climb a β14-erβ β a mountain that is over 14,000 feet high with some of my kids. This summer, even the youngest (8 yrs old) came along and loved it.

This condo is conveniently located in the heart of ski country. Plenty of good restaurants and stores close by. The accomodations are as advertised and the house is very up to date and in great shape. We expecially enjoyed the heated garage and the boot/glove warmers. I would recommend this unit to anyone, especially families.

Exerpt from guestbook: Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful mountain home with us! We Texans loved our white Christmas! The house was perfect for our two families - lots of room to spread out in and areas where we could all be together. We especially appreciate the dining table where all 10 of us shared our meals. Oh yeah, the Dads loved the heated garge and boot racks! Skiing was awesome at both Copper & Keystone and the house was in a perfect location for both. Thanks again & happy holidays!

Exerpt from guestbook: Back for another week! We had a wonderful time in 2007 and had to do it again. House is great. Lots of room. Skiing was excellent! Great snow and sun...we went to Copper Mountain. We skied, bungee jumped, snowboarded, tubed, and laid in the sun. We hope to come back next year.

Exerpt from guestbook: Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us - we loved it! Your home was a perfect size for us - cozy, homey, well furnished and allowed us to "spread out" for relaxation and enjoyment. The hot tub was perfect for tired muscles after a day of skiing. We love CO and hope to return.

Exerpt from guestbook: We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. It was great to have the extra room so we could all spread out. The boys loved the treehouse but building snow forts was the biggest hit. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We all hope to return next year.
