I loved the layout with bedrooms & den/office on opposite sides. Granite & kitchen cupboards were beautiful as was large master bathroom and huge walk-in. TV's in each room & Internet/printer a plus. Photos are accurate, home is in reality more attractive. Property manager very nice & owner as well as accommodating. Rental fees & deposits high compared to other similar homes. Corte Bella facilities and gym including Spa was excellent. Golf fees high and pro shop not very accommodating. Close to stores, good restaurants & Surprise baseball stadium.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
