The living room has large cable HDTV television screen with 5.1 channel sony surround system, DVD and Video system.Great for movies! The backyard has private swimming pool (pool is not heated), covered deck with table, six chairs, and barbecue grill. The brick wall entirely encloses the backyard providing privacy. The residential neighborhood has beautiful mountain views.
Very close is Club West's champion golf course and club house and just minutes from the Foothills Golf Course. Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix is approximately 20 minutes drive. This is a great home to relax in and ideal for mature adults.
