- Gazebo : we have a large rancho by the pool to provide lots of shade for all guests during the heat of the day. Under the rancho is a large wooden table and several chairs for guests to share. Additionally we have several pool recliners and a hammock.

- Villas Canadiense is located as close as you can get to staying on the beach. There are no buildings on the beach as it is designated national reserve land. Only 200 metre walk to the 5 mile long sandy beach. Air-Conditioned Bedroom, 4 Overhead Ceiling Fans, Secure, friendly staff, all amenities needed within a 10 min walk, fantastic restaurants in the area, consistant surf, beautiful gardens, etc.

Why the Owner Chose Nosara
Nosara is just the perfect distance from typical holiday destinations that are over crowded and busy. The area has grown dramatically in the last 12 years, but it now has all of the amenities anyone could need within a 5-10 min walk. Our villas are centrally located in the Nosara district at the end of a quiet road with beach access. It doesn't get much better.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our staff are wonderfully friendly and trustworthy. They value their jobs because they are valued. They are around just enough to be helpful but still provide you with privacy and space.
Located 200 metres from the ocean, approximately a 2 min walk from the gate to the surf. Centrally located in the district, Section H Boca Del Nosara. Just down the road from Giardino Tropicale and Corky Caroll's surf school at the quiet end of a dead end road, with beach access.

Owned by the original owners since 2000 when the villas were built with friends and their families. Since then, ownership has shifted as one family bought out the other 3. So we are still the same good ol' small town folk that own and love Nosara like we did back then.

The location is fantastic and the pool is very nice. The grill by the pool was disgusting so we didn't use it. The pool chair covers were dirty also. The rooms are a very nice size and laid out well. It would have been nice to have maps and some other restaurant info and that kind of thing after you arrive. Their website link has excellent info but once we got there we didn't have that at our disposal. It was peaceful and secure with georgeous landscaping. A good value steps from the beach.
Owner response:The issue with the grill and cleanliness of pool chairs has been resolved. This concern came up during some staff transitions and are not normal occurrences. They are being cleaned by the staff regularly. Each of our villas have a binder with a map of the area and information on some suggested restaurants and contacts for activities. This information is updated once in a while, however as things change in the area, we do not guarantee that it is up to date all the time. Our manager in Nosara is at the villas 2-3 times daily 5 days of the week and is able to help you as well. You are also welcome to contact our reservation desk by email to ask about suggested restaurants or directions. She will be happy to help you plan your holiday.
