  Michelle is great to work with. The rental process is very smooth. The photos and descriptions accurately describe this house. It is clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. This house is close to all the theme parks. The rental rate is quite reasonable too. If you've never been, go to Giordano's for some unbelievably good Chicago-style thin crust pizza and try Sweet Tomatoes for a fantastic salad buffet and the best Strawberry Lemonade! And be sure to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando, it's amazing!!!

  Photos are very accurate of the home. We found it to be clean and reasonably well stocked. We love to cook, so more kitchen supplies would have been helpful. Tons of linens and towels, which is extremely nice. There are many necessary shopping places close-by Aldi's (grocery store across from Wal-Mart- SO inexpensive and not crowded!), Wal-Mart, soon to open Chick-FilA, etc. I would, however, highly recommend a sedative prior to entering Wal-Mart- rude people, rude shoppers, too many people. And while I am thinking about it a warning that drivers in Orlando are downright unsafe... For the price you really can't beat it. Large space, plenty of beds, 20 minutes to Disney. Our only complaint were about some roaches noted occasionally in the home, but we told the cleaning staff and I'm sure it was taken care of after our stay, but this is truly common in warm topical environments (lived in Hawaii for a year and the most expensive home still occasionally had roaches).

  We had four couples staying in this property for 1 week. The house was clean and set up nicely. The beds were comfortable. We used Michelle and she was very willing to work with our schedule and allowed us to enter the property a couple of hours early. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues that were tended to in a timely manner.The location is close to Disney and shopping.

  We arrived to a very clean and comfortable home that was a pleasure to stay in while we visted the usual sites in and around Disney, as well as, the surrounding area including Daytona beach. We had two adults and two teenagers and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house is away from the high traffic areas but not far away from anything that you would need or want. When we return to this area we will certainly book this home again if it is available.

  We had a wonderful stay at this home in Indian Point. It was a very convenient location to shopping, restaurants, parks and attractions. The home was clean and comfortable. Michelle was great to deal with and always responsive to our needs. She makes the entire process of renting a vacation home extremely easy. We would definitely stay again.

  This was a great family house. Great location, very close to all the Disney parks. The house was very clean and huge, there were 6 of us in the house. The kids spent all day in the pool. I definitely recommend this house!! Thanks Michelle!

  We rented this house(our first house rental) for our summer vacation, and it was AMAZING!! The house was very clean, spacious, and so very convenient! We will definitely be returning next summer!! Michelle was also great with communicating any and all information we needed!!

  I made a big research of Vacation Homes before we decided for this one. Absolutely no regrets. Great choice. A family of 5, Mom and dad (+55) and three daughters 25, 18 and 17. Every one enjoyed the house. Very comfortable, all the amenities we need, safe place, VERY CLEAN, and everything works fine. (The house is nicer than the photos) . The location was perfect, away from terrible traffic and close enough to all attractions, supermarkets, and others. Definitely recommended. We will back again...

  This was the first time renting a vacation home. It was awesome! There were 5 of us and we all had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool right out the door. The house was clean and everything worked great. Will definitely do this again.
