This home is located in Indian Point, Kissimmee, close to the Disney theme parks and Central Florida's attractions. Indian Point is off Poincian Boulevard (behind the Kissimmee Walmart) is a residential as well as vacation rental neighbourhood, there is a childs playground and basketball court. The home has its own screened-in private pool which can be heated in the cooler months, along with cover to keep it warm.
The main gate for Disney is a ten minute drive - with easy access to the 535, Interstate 4, and Osceola Parkway. The other area attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of adventure, City Walk, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Wet and Wild, Blizzard Beach, Busch Gardens, International Drive, plus dinner shows etc. are all close by.

Grocery stores, shopping, etc. are convenient. The 24 hour Super Walmart in Kissimmee is less than five minutes away. There is an abundance of restaurants, steakhouses, fast food chains, fine dining, and buffet bars to choose from along the 192 area of Kissimmee.

This Four bedrooms pool home is tasteful furnished and fully-equipped for your stay. The master bedroom is over sized and has a KING bed with cable TV- WIDE FLAT SCREEN WITH DVD in this room and has its own bathroom with twin vanities, corner garden tub - designed for two!, plus walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a double bed, and the fourth has two twin beds - decorated in a Mickey sports theme. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub, shower, vanity and toilet.

The living room is centrally located with a view of the pool and has a WIDE FLAT SCREEN TV plus DVD and CD player/stereo system. The home has a separate dining area, the kitchen is spacious with all appliances, plus extra table and chairs, and the breakfast bar has stools. At the front of the property is a spacious second living area, providing a quite place to relax and unwind ,plus the sofa also pulls out to a queen-size sofabed for our larger groups. The home has a garage, plus washer and dryer in a utility room - so under air conditioning, and plenty of storage space.

We have tiled both bathrooms, hall ways and kitchen - the family room carpet is also new!!!

The pool extends across the back of the property, has a lanai area so that you can sit outside in the shade or out of the rain! The patio deck has a table, chairs, and loungers plus gas barbecue to relax and eat by the pool. The property has some shrubs around the pool to provide some privacy. There is an gas pool heater for those who wish to heat the pool during the cooler months, plus a solar blanket to keep the pool warm once the heater is running.

* The home is under the care of a professional property management program. All beds are made up before your arrival, and a full clean is included in the rate. * $200 Refundable Damage Deposit and $25 Booking Fee Added on Top of the Rental Rate,

  • This was our first time renting a house on any vacation and we LOVED it! The kids wanted to spend the entire vacation in the home's pool (which was the largest we saw in the development). By booking the house rather than a hotel on or off WDW property we were able to rent the house AND our rental car for the same price of just the hotel! No brainer! We loved being able to spread out in the house and each have our own space rather than being squished in a hotel room. The beds were VERY comfy! I never sleep when it's not my own bed but the bed in the master bedroom was so incredibly comfy that I slept like a baby most nghts. The kids said their beds were very comfy too. The house was so convenient to everything. We ventured around quite a bit and only had to fill the car's gas tank toward the end of our trip. Thank goodness for the Walmart that's 5 minutes away! We made several trips there. I highly recommend this house and would rent it again in a heartbeat. Michelle at Behlor Realty is a dream to work with. She's very attentive to your needs, provides great customer service and truly wants you to have a great experience with your rental. Thank you, Michelle!

  • The first time we rented a house off of VRBO in 2007. We hit the JACKPOT. For all of our needs we just call Behlor Reality to find our great get away. We have been fortunate to stay in the same house twice now and it is clean and a very nice neighborhood. The pool was very well taken care of along with the upgrades of the TV's and the beds. A place like this makes your vacation truly a dream. A special thanks to Michelle who went above and beyond to make or vacation so wonderful.   • This was a very well appointed villa, Except for the small t.v. As regular visitors to Orlando we do not visit the parks like most families, so tend to use the villa a bit more than usual. The pool and its area was excellent, but the sun does not get to it until midday, there is also the privacy issue, where the pool abuts the close at the back, if the bushes could be thickened up or a fence erected it would be perfect. Apart from this We found it to our liking, and would recommend it.

    Good to hear you enjoyed your stay. The owner has just upgraded the TV - and put TV's in 3 of the bedrooms. Tiled the kitchen and bath floors plus new family room carpet - They now have a king in the master - so many upgrades.

  • Coming from the mid-west we were not sure what we were getting in to by renting this house. When we arrived the directions given were very clear and easy to follow when entering the house it was just beautiful. All the rooms were large and very clean. Every thing was so nicely decorated we truely felt very spoiled by having such a nice place to spend our vacation. The pool was nice and clean and with small children the alarm for the pool was an asset.   • This vacation was a last minute decision. With 7 adults and one 7-year-old child, finding a comfortable place to stay is a big chanllenge. One of my coworker passed me this link, and Kristine emailed me all the information right away, which I am very pleased. This property is in good maintenance condition - clean and well equipped. And you don't feel that you are just using the place, because Steve left a note for us; Michelle and Kritine called during our stay to ensure that we are problem free. That's very thoughtful. The stay between Christmas and New Year could be perfect if we don't have to go to the Disney (what a nightmare to go there during this time!) If ever I would visit Orlando again, I will stay with this property. BTW, we have no problem to use the internet, and it's helpful to look for direction while we are on vacation...
