This home is located in Indian Point, Kissimmee, close to the Disney theme parks and Central Florida's attractions. Indian Point is off Poincian Boulevard (behind the Kissimmee Walmart) is a residential as well as vacation rental neighbourhood, with community pool, playground, and basketball court. The home has its own screened-in private pool which can be heated in the cooler months, along with cover to keep it warm.
The main gate for Disney is a ten minute drive - with easy access to the 535, Interstate 4, and Osceola Parkway. The other area attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of adventure, City Walk, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Wet and Wild, Blizzard Beach, Busch Gardens, International Drive, plus dinner shows etc. are all close by.
Grocery stores, shopping, etc. are convenient. The 24 hour Super Walmart in Kissimmee is less than five minutes away. There is an abundance of restaurants, steakhouses, fast food chains, fine dining, and buffet bars to choose from along the 192 area of Kissimmee.

This Four bedrooms pool home is tasteful furnished and fully-equipped for your stay. The master bedroom is over sized and has a KING bed with cable TV- WIDE FLAT SCREEN WITH DVD in this room and has its own bathroom with twin vanities, corner garden tub - designed for two!, plus walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a double bed, and the fourth has two twin beds - decorated in a Mickey sports theme. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub, shower, vanity and toilet.
The living room is centrally located with a view of the pool and has a WIDE FLAT SCREEN TV plus DVD and CD player/stereo system. The home has a separate dining area, the kitchen is spacious with all appliances, plus extra table and chairs, and the breakfast bar has stools. At the front of the property is a spacious second living area, providing a quite place to relax and unwind ,plus the sofa also pulls out to a queen-size sofabed for our larger groups. The home has a garage, plus washer and dryer in a utility room - so under air conditioning, and plenty of storage space.
We have tiled both bathrooms, hall ways and kitchen - the family room carpet is also new!!!
The pool extends across the back of the property, has a lanai area so that you can sit outside in the shade or out of the rain! The patio deck has a table, chairs, and loungers plus gas barbecue to relax and eat by the pool. The property has some shrubs around the pool to provide some privacy. There is an gas pool heater for those who wish to heat the pool during the cooler months, plus a solar blanket to keep the pool warm once the heater is running.

* The home is under the care of a professional property management program. All beds are made up before your arrival, and a full clean is included in the rate.
