Michelle is great to work with. The rental process is very smooth. The photos and descriptions accurately describe this house. It is clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. This house is close to all the theme parks. The rental rate is quite reasonable too. If you've never been, go to Giordano's for some unbelievably good Chicago-style thin crust pizza and try Sweet Tomatoes for a fantastic salad buffet and the best Strawberry Lemonade! And be sure to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando, it's amazing!!!

Inexpensive and as stated!

Photos are very accurate of the home. We found it to be clean and reasonably well stocked. We love to cook, so more kitchen supplies would have been helpful. Tons of linens and towels, which is extremely nice. There are many necessary shopping places close-by Aldi's (grocery store across from Wal-Mart- SO inexpensive and not crowded!), Wal-Mart, soon to open Chick-FilA, etc. I would, however, highly recommend a sedative prior to entering Wal-Mart- rude people, rude shoppers, too many people. And while I am thinking about it a warning that drivers in Orlando are downright unsafe... For the price you really can't beat it. Large space, plenty of beds, 20 minutes to Disney. Our only complaint were about some roaches noted occasionally in the home, but we told the cleaning staff and I'm sure it was taken care of after our stay, but this is truly common in warm topical environments (lived in Hawaii for a year and the most expensive home still occasionally had roaches).

Excellent Vacation Home

We arrived to a very clean and comfortable home that was a pleasure to stay in while we visted the usual sites in and around Disney, as well as, the surrounding area including Daytona beach. We had two adults and two teenagers and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house is away from the high traffic areas but not far away from anything that you would need or want. When we return to this area we will certainly book this home again if it is available.

Comfortable and clean

We had four couples staying in this property for 1 week. The house was clean and set up nicely. The beds were comfortable. We used Michelle and she was very willing to work with our schedule and allowed us to enter the property a couple of hours early. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues that were tended to in a timely manner.The location is close to Disney and shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Indian Point. It was a very convenient location to shopping, restaurants, parks and attractions. The home was clean and comfortable. Michelle was great to deal with and always responsive to our needs. She makes the entire process of renting a vacation home extremely easy. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great family house. Great location, very close to all the Disney parks. The house was very clean and huge, there were 6 of us in the house. The kids spent all day in the pool. I definitely recommend this house!! Thanks Michelle!

I made a big research of Vacation Homes before we decided for this one. Absolutely no regrets. Great choice. A family of 5, Mom and dad (+55) and three daughters 25, 18 and 17. Every one enjoyed the house. Very comfortable, all the amenities we need, safe place, VERY CLEAN, and everything works fine. (The house is nicer than the photos) . The location was perfect, away from terrible traffic and close enough to all attractions, supermarkets, and others. Definitely recommended. We will back again...

This was the first time renting a vacation home. It was awesome! There were 5 of us and we all had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool right out the door. The house was clean and everything worked great. Will definitely do this again.

In reviewing homes to rent for our trip to Disney World, I was surprised to see such high reviews for the properties managed by this management company. Now I am writing an excellent review. The property was everything listed, close to Disney World and a Walmart a couple minutes away. The instructions sent via e-mail to us as well as the instruction book was very detailed. We had no questions at all. The management company was very professional throughout the entire process. The property was nice and very well maintained. I will use this company and their property again.

The perfect home away from home

We could not have been happier with this house. It was exactly as the pictures depicted. The only surprise we had was how big the house actually was. We had 3 adults and 2 kids staying there and there was more than enough room for all of us. We were surprised how well-stocked the kitchen was - plenty of plates, cups, utensils, pots, etc. The dishwasher came in handy as did the washer and dryer. We were concerned the house wouldn't come with enough towels but there were plenty. The pool was great too. We opted to heat it during our Nov. 2011 stay and it got plenty of use. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we return to Disney in a few years. The house was about 15 minutes from the Disney parks - a fairly straight drive. The rental company was wonderful to work with. Honestly, we had a fabulous experience with this house and the rental company. Definitely the best way to visit Disney.

Great home for family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family of five. We had plenty of room to spread out -- there was even one bedroom we didn't need to use. Everything was clean and in good working order. The pool was a great way for us to cool off after our days at the theme parks. Everything was close and convenient to the home's location. The Indian Point neighborhood was quiet and residential. Overall, a great place to stay when you visit the Orlando area.

Family with 3 children (8, 5, 2; one with physical limitations) stayed in this home Aug 11-19 during visit to Disney and other Orlando-area attractions. Home located in quiet neighborhood, plenty of space for all, liked garage accessibility and privacy, as well as master bed/bath separated from remaining bedrooms. Short drive to attractions, but nice to get away from Disney environment after long days in the parks. Wished had more time to spend in pool, but time we had was nice; had to replace pool skimmer but cost was refunded to us. Plenty of towels available, but didn't see previous comments regarding paper products, so we were surprised to see we had to buy paper towels, TP, food wraps, dishwasher/laundry supplies after we arrived. Walmart and other retail stores, restaurants, and church all conveniently located within short drive. In the end, staying at this home allowed us to unwind each day, get away from the hustle and bustle, and contributed to a great vacation. Reasonably priced and would recommend to others... Service from Michelle at Behlor was outstanding! For our first time in the area in many years and dealing with vacation home rental, she was very helpful in promptly answering all questions before and during our stay, advised us that there was strollers available on the property and arranged to have a crib and high chair at the property upon our arrival. We initially inquired about a different property that was not available, but she pointed us to this one and we were able to complete the reservation on relatively short notice (within one month of planned arrival). Deposit refund received promptly. Absolutely willing to work with again!

Stayed for full week in early June 2011, lovely and surprisingly large home in well-established neighborhood. Felt safe and comfortable ... Comfy beds and baths and pool. Close to all parks and we had a blast! All four kids 17, 15, 13, and 10 wore their parents out all day long and what a wonderful home to rest up before the next day. Received security check within two weeks of our departure. NO complaints here.

We stayed in Orlando for 8 days. The house was wonderful. It is conveniently located for Disneyworld and Universal Studios. The house would be great for familys or 2 couples traveling. We enjoyed the pool and pool area. I wish we would have had one more day to stay home and just enjoy the pool. We would definite stay in this home again. Behlor Realty is excellent to work with.

Great Vacation Home

We stayed here for 11 days and enjoyed it very much. The adults liked it once the kids were in bed after long days at Disney and we could go for our Adult Swim. We wished we would have had a few days in our vacation just to stay at the house and do nothing but swim but we were very busy. I would recommend this house. One thing that would have been nice is if it had some extra soap/toilet paper. By the time you realize there is no extra, it's too late!

Owner response: Thanks for adding the review, for future geusts info - the homes have a roll of T/P in each bathroom and a bin bag in the kitchen bin. All further and other disposable produts are down to the renter. We use to supply all - but some geusts just take cases of T/P and rolls of bags home!!!!!!!

Second Time at This House- Won't Be the Last

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We stayed 6/25/2010 through 7/3/2010. The house is perfect for a family. With 5 people traveling from Ohio to Florida, we would have needed two hotel rooms. This house allows us ample space, both physically and mentally, for the duration of the trip. When we return to Disney with our family, and you know we will, this will be the house I will request. Only minutes from both Disney and Universal Studios, the location is perfect. The pictures and the description of the property were exact. Michelle was helpful as always too.

This house was beautiful!!! We loved it. It is very spacious. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath does not have jets though, in case you were looking for one of those. Behlor Realty is very professional. We will definitley use them again for our Florida vacations. Thank you Michelle

Spent 10 days at this house in Oct 09 (second visit to house) and had a great holiday. The house was great, the two grandchildren loved the pool. After a short drive back from the Disney parks on hot humid days the pool was a must to cool down. The house is great value and very close to any shopping that's needed. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Disney parking lots so it's a bit of a drive but the money you save by staying a little further away is well worth it. We would recommend renting this house to anyone.

This was our first time renting a house on any vacation and we LOVED it! The kids wanted to spend the entire vacation in the home's pool (which was the largest we saw in the development). By booking the house rather than a hotel on or off WDW property we were able to rent the house AND our rental car for the same price of just the hotel! No brainer! We loved being able to spread out in the house and each have our own space rather than being squished in a hotel room. The beds were VERY comfy! I never sleep when it's not my own bed but the bed in the master bedroom was so incredibly comfy that I slept like a baby most nghts. The kids said their beds were very comfy too. The house was so convenient to everything. We ventured around quite a bit and only had to fill the car's gas tank toward the end of our trip. Thank goodness for the Walmart that's 5 minutes away! We made several trips there. I highly recommend this house and would rent it again in a heartbeat. Michelle at Behlor Realty is a dream to work with. She's very attentive to your needs, provides great customer service and truly wants you to have a great experience with your rental. Thank you, Michelle!

The first time we rented a house off of VRBO in 2007. We hit the JACKPOT. For all of our needs we just call Behlor Reality to find our great get away. We have been fortunate to stay in the same house twice now and it is clean and a very nice neighborhood. The pool was very well taken care of along with the upgrades of the TV's and the beds. A place like this makes your vacation truly a dream. A special thanks to Michelle who went above and beyond to make or vacation so wonderful. This is a beautiful home with everything you need and more. The master bedroom & en-suite bathroom is absolutely fantastic. The free phone calls and internet was a real bonus. Michelle is also very attentive & helpful, hence why this is the second time we've booked with her.

This was a very well appointed villa, Except for the small t.v. As regular visitors to Orlando we do not visit the parks like most families, so tend to use the villa a bit more than usual. The pool and its area was excellent, but the sun does not get to it until midday, there is also the privacy issue, where the pool abuts the close at the back, if the bushes could be thickened up or a fence erected it would be perfect. Apart from this We found it to our liking, and would recommend it.

Owner response: Good to hear you enjoyed your stay. The owner has just upgraded the TV - and put TV's in 3 of the bedrooms. Tiled the kitchen and bath floors plus new family room carpet - They now have a king in the master - so many upgrades.

Coming from the mid-west we were not sure what we were getting in to by renting this house. When we arrived the directions given were very clear and easy to follow when entering the house it was just beautiful. All the rooms were large and very clean. Every thing was so nicely decorated we truely felt very spoiled by having such a nice place to spend our vacation. The pool was nice and clean and with small children the alarm for the pool was an asset. This vacation was a last minute decision. With 7 adults and one 7-year-old child, finding a comfortable place to stay is a big chanllenge. One of my coworker passed me this link, and Kristine emailed me all the information right away, which I am very pleased. This property is in good maintenance condition - clean and well equipped. And you don't feel that you are just using the place, because Steve left a note for us; Michelle and Kritine called during our stay to ensure that we are problem free. That's very thoughtful. The stay between Christmas and New Year could be perfect if we don't have to go to the Disney (what a nightmare to go there during this time!) If ever I would visit Orlando again, I will stay with this property. BTW, we have no problem to use the internet, and it's helpful to look for direction while we are on vacation...

We used the property for our employee lodging during a local trade show at the convention center. The place was spotless and well furnished. A minor plumbing problem was resolved expeditiously. A transportation mixup required Michelle to go above and beyond and deliver an extra key after hours. Kudos to Michelle. I highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful 3-week vacation (July 2005) we had in this lovely house. Nice and clean, everything taken care of, great pool, good working a/c etc. etc. etc. Pleanty of space for 10! Just what we were looking for. The only negative point: Since the house is listed in de white pages, lots of sollicitors called... So use your cellphone and unplug the phones! What we missed: A Fast Internetconnection, but kept me also from working........ Thanks to Michelle en Kristin, we will visit again! The TerMeulen family from The Netherlands

'WOW'! What a great house!! We've been to Florida a few times and this was by far the best place we've rented. Plenty of space, very clean, and all the amenities! Perfect place to come 'home' and kick back in your own private pool after a long day at the parks! We had friends visiting us that were staying in a hotel and they didn't want to leave the house!! One week stay at the condo was a treat. Spacious bedroons, living & dining rooms plus a private pool 'fit for a king, or in our case 6 Canadians!!) Why would anyone stay in a hotel? Close to many "must see in Orlando". Return visit in our plans, possibly longer than 1 week next time!

We had 8 adults and 2 teenagers staying in this house and it was great! After searching for a suite-type hotel room and finding prices quite high, we found this house, which met our needs very nicely for less than the price of a hotel room and ended up being a bonus as our family ( we came from 4 different parts of the world) could all stay together. The house is easy to find, in a good central location and I would recommend it, and Behlor realty, to anyone planning to stay in the area

Once you stay in a vacation home you will never stay in a hotel again. Once you rent from Behlor, you will only want to rent vacation homes from them. You know before you arrive what your home will look like and where it will be located. And you can go directly to the home, instead of the office, which can save both time and frustration (try negotiating 192 at rush hour after a 19 hour drive!) Oh, and their rates are the best too, with tax included in the rates (not added afterwards): and don't forget the free long distance. This home was great. It is well situated to shopping, and the parks. It has an oversized pool which our little fish have now graduated to. And the subdivision has two play areas within walking distance for the kids to burn off extra energy: a request Behlor was more than happy to oblige when looking for the right sub for our family.

Stayed at this house during October 2004. Found the house to be very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Quiet neighbourhood within half and hours drive of Disneyworld parks. Would recommend this house to anyone.
