Our one bedroom and two bedroom condos are both located in Tower 3 directly on the ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows for a spectacular view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Both condos have high speed internet at no cost to our guests.

Our newly renovated TWO bedroom, two bath ocean front condo and our newly renovated ONE bedroom, one bath ocean front condo are both located in Tower III with private balconies overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The living room of the two bedroom condo has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean with two full-size sofas and a 38" LCD flat screen TV with cable/HBO, DVD/VCR combo, AM/FM stereo/CD player. The dining room, also with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean, seats six with a breakfast bar that seats an additional three.
The master bedroom has a 25" TV with cable/HBO, DVD/VCR combo, telephone, clock radio and private bath with large walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has two full-size beds, 25" TV with cable/HBO, DVD/VCR combo, clock radio and access to the second full bath.
The ONE bedroom unit has a king size bed in the bedroom, 19" LCD flat screen TV with cable/HBO, telephone and clock radio. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean, queen size sleep sofa, 32" flat screen TV with cable/HBO, DVD, AM/FM stereo/CD player.
Both kitchens have been completely renovated and are fully-equipped with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple snack, or you can dine at one of the three onsite restaurants (Oceans Restaurant, Bimini Sand Bar Café, or our very own Pizza Hut). You can pick up a cup of Starbucks coffee at Edgie's, which also serves ice cream, Krispy Cream donuts and danish.
On site rentals for parasaling, jet skis, banana boat rides, beach chairs & umbrellas.
There are washers and dryers in both units, and all linens are provided, except beach towels.

Both condos have high speed internet available at no charge to our guests.
Keyless entry to both condos.
Edgewater is a gated resort with 24/7 security.
NO SMOKING is allowed in the condo. Please respect this and smoke only outside on the balcony. Thank you.

Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort
Nick and I were born and raised in New England (Massachusetts) and wanted to have a vacation home in a warmer climate. Once we saw Edgewater Beach Resort we knew we had found it. The temperature during the winter in MA (we live in the mountains on a lake) can hit 20 below zero at times. Panama City Beach, FL temperatures are considerably warmer in the winter (50 to 80 degrees).
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Edgewater is a full service resort with restaurants, health spa, gym, golf course, tennis, and much more. The pools are great (Tower 2 and 3 pools are heated in the winter), and the Lagoon Pool is one of the largest pools in Panama City Beach with palm trees. tropical plants and water fall.

My husband, Nick, and I purchased our first condo, a one bedroom unit, at Edgewater Beach Resort in May of 1991. We were so impressed with the resort, two years later we purchased a two bedroom condo. Our family has enjoyed many trips to Edgewater over the past 19 years. Our four children are all grown up, three of them married, and we now have two beautiful granddaughters. We have all spent time at the condo and have wonderful memories we will cherish forever.

Carol, just wanted to let you know that our vacation Sept. 17-24,2011 was fantastic. We had such a great vacation. So much to do we couldnt do it all in one week. We will be getting back with you to return to yr one bedroom condo at tower 3. It is such a beautiful place,. I spent hrs. on the 9th floor balcony just watching and listening to the waves. My vacation was complete on the 3rd morning, when I finally spotted the dolphins swimming close to shore. My husband was amazed at how nice yr condo was. He kept telling me we were in the best location to all the attractions. It was wonderful working with you in planning our vacation. It's great to know there are honest people left in the world. Thank you for allowing us to rent your condo, and being so timely in retuning the deposit after our checkout. Edgewater is at the top of our list for a return vacation. Until next year!!!

Despite algae in the water which started clearing up later in the week my wife and I had a great week and our condo as always was PERFECT!!!!! We have got not one complaint. Spotless and very up to date. Carol lets nothing go down hill and thats what keeps us coming back. On behalf of Kathy and myself, thanks Carol for another perfect week.

I would like to thank Nick and Carol for giving us a great deal on a great condo at Edgewater. The keyless entry is great! No keys to keep up with (or lose!). Everything in the unit was as described and the price was unbelievable. I e-mailed Carol numerous times with questions before our arrival and she always gave a very prompt response. We enjoyed our time in their one bedroom condo and will certainly rent from them again.

We have stayed at this condo several times, and each time found it to be excellent. One of the things that impressed me so much, was the owners promptness in answering any questions we had. We always received our security deposit check, back after we sent in the keys and wrist tags in reasonable time. This condo has a beautiful view of the gulf, and a balcony to watch the dolpins playing in the gulf. The pool is one that you will never find another one as beautiful as this one. The Lady Anderson Dining yacht is a must.

We recently installed keyless entry locks (number code) to both of our condos and wrist tags are hanging up in the kitchen of both units, so no more mailing back and forth. Deposits are refunded within three days after guests' departure.

Our family of 4 stayed at this lovey condo over a Thanksgiving holiday week.....with our boys and we loved it! It was new and clean everything you would expect. Other friends stayed in other units and I have to say our unit was the best. We plan to return.....a great location near many businesses. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us Carol! Wonderful view! Great place! We have stayed at Edgewater for over 10 years and your condo is by far the nicest. We also loved your one bedroom last year. Love the fully stocked kitchen! Very amendable.
