My husband and I went to Breckenridge for our first trip since our son was born and spent 7 awesome days at the perfect place! The owners were so great to work with, Pam is so nice! We loved the location - easy to get to town, easy to get to the slopes. The hot tub right off the back porch was the just what we needed to unwind after long days on the mountain. The night sky is so bright and beautiful there! The condo had everything you need, it felt like home. We will definitely will be back!

Unit was clean, couch was comfortable but the chair in the living room was not. Not a big deal at all. Bed was comfortable. Toilet in the bathroom could use some maintenance. Location was as advertised, and owner was nice and helpful.
Owner response:Happy you enjoyed your stay - and yes, we have a plumber taking care of the toilet issue this week...I think the handle was having a hard time operating properly. Nice to have you as our guests and look forward to your return!

The wife and I spent ten wonderful days in our new favorite Breckenridge property. The owners were SOOO easy to work with, the condo so nice, comfy, cozy and convenient to, well...everywhere. We rented a car in Denver but never used it to go to the slopes. Why would we, friendly shuttle drivers always on time, from the frontsteps of the condo to the lifts at four different peak bases, or to town...even ran until eleven PM on the weekends! Y Hot tub always warm and waiting for those tired, spent bodies. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking savory stews to thaw us out from the THIRTY-FOUR inches of snow that fell during our stay! Very comfortable AND affordable accomodations...and trust me I'm a pretty thorough shopper. No hidden fees or surprises, except that it was a nicer place than the pictures let on. Met some really nice neighbor/owners who live year round in the complex. We loved "Happy" the Cocker Spaniel. Looking forward to another stay!

We've been vacationing in Summit County for almost 20 years and this is one of the nicer condos in which we've stayed. It is very clean, nicely furnished, and well maintained. Pam is very easy to work with and the reservation was hassle free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

Condo very clean, nicely decorated and felt like a warm second home. Spa and sauna clean - used them everyday. Shuttle to ski and dinner in evening was excellent, less than 10 mins away. We will definitely stay here again.

Leave the car, grab the skis! The shuttle takes you right to the base of peak nine in record time. Bring some groceries as you can prepare all meals in the condo just as you would at home. A very comfortable place to hang by the fire with your company. Huge hot tubs. This place is great!

Condo was warm, comfortable & new. Lots of room for three of us. Close vicinity to skiing. We did not utilize shuttle (which is free), however there were many that did use it. We opted to take the five minute drive. Trying to plan a quick trip this March and will definitley stay there again.

Wow! What a super place to stay - our family of 3 was so cozy, this condo is brand new and beautiful! The shuttle took us right to the lifts everyday and while everyone else was waiting for the city bus we got right back on our warm shuttle back home. Highly recommend!!
