Nestled in a wooded setting in a gated community, this large, immaculate, five bedroom, two bath, air-conditioned contemporary offers privacy and convenience for up to fourteen guests. Sliding glass doors open to a deck high above the property giving you access to a six-person hot tub. This country get-away includes cathedral ceilings, free-standing (woodburning) stove, and lots of glass to enjoy the great views.

This is an all-season vacation home. Winter skiers will return from the slopes and kick back relaxing around a free-standing, woodburning stove in our large great room. Spring, summer, and autumn guests will enjoy their morning coffee or evening barbecues on the large deck. The kitchen is fully-equipped with range, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more. Only minutes from major ski resorts, whitewater rafting, state parks, fine restaurants, bowling, outlet shopping, gambling and more.

You will have full access to all amenities available within the community, through the use of the fourteen badges that come with the property. The amenities include five lakes (three swimming and two fishing lakes), one swimming pool, one children's pool (all of which have lifeguards stationed), basketball and tennis courts.

The Main Lake at which there is a playground and basketball courts is within walking distance for teenagers. It is a short drive to all other amenities (less than five minutes).

* Check-in is 4 PM. Check-out is Noon. If no one is coming or going the same day this may be flexible.

  • We had a wonderful vacation. My husband, daughters and their boyfriends rented this house for a week. There were 10 of us. We wanted a big house where there was enough room for everyone. This house has so much space. Enough privacy for everyone. Aside from privacy, the house is beatutiful. Everything you may need is provided. The fireplace was exceptional as was the hot tub after skiing. The temperature at the beginning of the week was 0 - 7 degrees with snow. Very scenic, lots of wildlife. Close to the ski slopes and stores. Tony and Deborah were great to work with: really nice people. This is a fantastic vacation house for a group of people to get together. We highly recommend this rental and would rent it again.

  • Our first time to the Poconos. What a trip. We came from Florida and the rest of our family and friends came from Maine - Washington State and Connecticut. 10 of us, all told, had a fantastic Christmas. The House was so spacious that we weren't on top of one another even a capacity of 14 would have left so much room. The Deer roaming outside added to the touch of Christmas along with the snow. We certainly could not have picked a better Place. The House was so warm and comfortable ( more so with the fireplace ) even though the wind chill factor outside was minus 25 degrees. Fantastic time. Would do it again.

  • We had a very good time and able to spend time will friends as a family. The location is very quite and right from the kids to the elders as we all enjoyed our stay. Facilities are good and well maintained. Specially the Barbeque and the hot tub was great for everyone to enjoy. Moreover there are games for all ages and the internet to keep updated while on vacation. We are sure to plan again to visit the place whenever we have an opportunity.

  • If you're headed to the Poconos.... you have to check out this house and its very reasonable rental rates. This is the second time we've rented this house and we will do it again. The wood stove, hot tub, and the spacious deck are great. The back yard is big enough to have a good game of booce (bring your own if you can). The foosball table could use a "tune up." There are also 2 regrigerators which is perfect for larger crowds.
