Ten Mile Haus condominium is ideal for families or groups wanting easy access to Copper Mountain. The spectacular, two-story condominium comfortably sleeps up to eight people (I fit 9). On the second level, two spacious bedrooms have queen-sized beds and cable TV. The downstairs living room features a cozy, easy-to-use gas fireplace, a new 32" flatscreen TV, and a sleeper sofa. There is also a full size futon and wireless high speed internet access throughout (N). Note that there are currently 2 air mattresses.
Two full baths and a fully loaded kitchen with dishwasher provide you with all the comforts of home. Other amenities include: free long distance, outdoor hot tub, ski storage, a spacious balcony, barbecue, close-in Village access, and amazing views.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The location of Ten Mile Haus, being one building away from Center Village is priceless! Also, a quick slide the other way gets you to the bunny slope. So many children (including Vince's and friends') have learned to ski right outside the front door. For those that prefer the harder terrain, take the bunny lift up and cross over to the connector to the Super Bee lift or take a right and go for the American Eagle Lift. For the really good skiiers, there is a FREE snowcat in the back bowls!

Longtime friends Harold Tuttle, Architect, and Vince DeLuca, Commercial Lender, partnered up to purchase and furnish this townhouse. Both of us were avid skiiers, but have since ventured over to snow boarding (Harold full time, Vince does both now). We live in sunny and warm South Florida, so our time in the snowy mountains of Colorado are precious.
