This really is a rare Ocean City rental - bay views, wide lagoon, boat slip, walk to beach and great space for family.
The property is in a very desirous area on the bay. Before the summer begins, we will have completed a kitchen renovation, new hardwood floors, all new carpet in the bedrooms and upper level, new furniture and decor. If you would like to see design sketches or samples of my work from other properties that I've decorated, those can be sent to you.
The Great Room is perfect for the family to share special time, meals and games. There is also a second family room on the 2nd floor if you want to separate from the kids.

We stayed in this house for a week, and you could not ask for more! It has everything you could want for a trip to the beach. We had a dinner party with 12 adults, and there was plenty of room. The front porch is great for Happy Hour, and we had coffee every morning on the roof top deck Once you rent here, you will never go anywhere else!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family just loved our stay here.It was very spacious and comfotable.All 3 bathrooms had showers,so convenient!!! Wonderful rooftop patio with great view and large front porch were very relaxing.Huge kitchen offered all we needed plus !!!!! Wifi was a nice extra for the teens.It was truly hard to leave. I would definitely recommend this to EVERYONE ! What a great vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
