A view from the balcony is towards the Wasatch mountains as well as the gorgeous Heber Valley. A garage with opener provides shelter for your vehicle.
The townhouse is located in Midway, Utah - less than one hour from SLC airport and only 10 minutes to the Jordanelle lift into Deer Valley Ski Resort! Downtown Park City is about 20 minutes, but there are many fine amenities in the immediate vicinity. Sundance is also about 25 minutes away.

Soldier Hollow (site of the 2002 Olympic Biathalon competition) hosts a variety of winter (tubing, sledding, cross-country skiing)and summer (hiking, golf and fishing) sports and is only a 10 minute drive.
Water recreation is also close by. World-class fly fishing in the Provo River! Water and jet-skiing at the Jordanelle and Strawberry Reservoirs!

Why the Owner Chose Midway
We love being in the Heber Valley. We have views to the Wasatch to the west and the Uintas to the east. There are year round activities. We've been to Switzerland numerous times and fell in ,love with Midway. It's like a little piece of Switzerland tucked away in Utah. It's not on everyone's radar screen, so it doesn't get too crowded. It's still convenient to Park City and all it has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse (with Garage)
Zermatt has everything you're used to with a 5 star resort. It has two restaurants, heated pools, a European Spa, golf, tennis plus equipment available for all of them. They have a free shuttle to Park City, but there is plenty to do right there. The restaurants! The Blue Boar Inn, Snake Creek Grille, Schneiter's (at Zermatt), Goldener Hirsch (Park City). I'd stack them up against restaurants anywhere else. The buffets (Friday and Saturday at Schneiter's are not to be missed. World class fly fishing, water skiing. I wonder if Southwest has tickets to Salt Lake for this weekend...
