A local lobsterman has been engaged to provide "today's catch" which you can cook on the outside grill. The cottage is a member of an association which shares a deep-water dock (where you can tie up your boat), tennis court, and a stocked pond with a swimming float and sandy beach.
There are three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full and twins) with an additional finished room over the garage for use as a recreation room or additional sleeping quarters for extra guests, kids, and/or baby sitter. The house is comprised of a new country kitchen, new bathrooms, dining room, reading room, front porch, living/sun room, and deck with a beautiful water view. |
