Condos located in a small complex, not a high rise. Complex is family friendly and well maintained with a hot tub, pool, shuffle board, common areas, as well as a private boardwalk to the beach.
One bedroom condo: Up a flight of stairs on the second level, Condo #114 includes a full kitchen, balcony overlooking the pool, living room, dining room, tv, a half bath, as well as a fold out queen sized couch on the main floor. Upstairs (no elevators)there is the master queen bedroom with a balcony with ocean views, washer and dryer, as well as the full bathroom. This condo can comfortably sleep 4 and is much larger than any hotel room due to the fact that it is two stories.
Two bedroom condo: Condo #161 is a three floor condo. On the ground level, the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, washer and dryer, tv, as well as queen fold out couch is located. Being on ground level, means you can walk straight out to the parking lot as well as the pool or ocean. On the second floor (no elevators), there is a bedroom with two twin beds with a tv and parking lot balcony, as well as a full bathroom. On the third floor the master king bedroom with a full bath, tv, as well as balcony overlooking the pool with an ocean view is located. This condo can comfortably sleep 6.
Both condos have wifi, fully equipped kitchens, as well as linens. We also include start up toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dishwashing detergent. All that you need is your beach towel and personal belongings!

Quiet side of Thomas Drive. Walking distance to the pier as well as Schooner's Beach Bar. Also, near St. Andrews State Park where there are birds, wildlife, alligators picnicking, shelling, fishing pier, camping etc. available. You may either walk there on the beach or drive, but be aware that there is a $5.00 per vehicle for the day.

About the owner: GA Real Estate Agent who really enjoys being able to visit the beach without being in the beach crowd. After visiting these condos for several years with my family prior to buying, I found much enjoyment in relaxing near the pool or beach and still being in a family friendly environment. Having a well kept condo to have my family stay in is one of my largest joys, and one I hope to share with your family, too!
Why the Owner Chose Largo Mar: For me, it was all about having condos directly on the beach without being in a high-rise. By being able to walk out the door and be at the beach without needing an elevator to take my groceries and luggage up and down was something that was definitely important to me! Also the fact that the complex is smaller and has extremely well kept amenities is important.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Our condos is part of a dying breed of condominiums where a family can lay low and relax at the beach without going through a huge lobby or having to walk from a parking garage! I truly believe the simplicity as well as the family surroundings of our condos set them apart from the rest.
