Welcome to our Canyon View at Ventana ground floor condominium. You may only get a residence closer to the world-famous Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and Coronado National Forest if you are in one of the multi-million-dollar homes next door.
This three-bedroom split floor plan has everything you want to make your stay memorable. All the furnishings are like new! Enjoy the new king-size bed in the master bedroom and a luxurious queen-size bed in the second room located privately on the opposite end of the home. The third bedroom has two (2) twin beds. Step through the French doors from the family room or master bedroom to your large, privacy, screened, breakfast/siesta room. Sit down to breakfast or lunch on the patio at the beautiful Talavera tiled table with seating for 4. The home is appointed with 24 inch ceramic tile throughout and beautiful furnishings. Large 60 inch round dining table with seating for 6, new sofa and love seat, new tvs with dvds and vcr. We even supply the little things like fresh caff/decaf coffees, trailmix, microwave popcorn, laundry and dish detergents and more. We are not property managers, we want your stay to be special and stress free unlike what you may find at a run down investment property. No keys are mailed out and you will have a secure coded entry box specifically ready for your arrival.
There are area trail maps, binoculars, and a great assortment of DVDs and movies for the whole family. You will also have use of 4 tennis racquets (2 adult, 2 youth and tennis balls) and Motorola two way walkie talkies. Bring the family and grandkids as there is a new high chair and play pen/basinette. The home includes all linens, cookware, and appliances you are accustomed to at home. Cozy up to the fireplace and take in the golden sunset reflecting off the Canyons.
Perhaps your day calls for a work out in the private exercise facility, a dip in the heated pools, a morning hike into Ventana Canyon or Sabino Canyon, a game of tennis on one of the lighted tennis courts, or a leisurely nap on the porch. Maybe a night out to the Loews Ventana Canyon restaurant for a romantic dinner and then into town for some live theatre?
This home sets you right up against one of the most dramatic backdrops in Arizona. A forest of saguaros, abundant wildlife, and incredible adventures await! |
