  "This beautiful condo nestled into the foothills of the Catalina's was ideal for "showing off" Tucson to our relatives. We were able to fit 4 adults and two children in the condo. We had hiking trails out our back door, a beautiful swimming pool, and high-end retail and restaurants just a short drive away. There really is no reason to have to leave the area during the entire stay. The desert isn't more beautiful anywhere than the foothills! This condo was situated perfectly with great amenities. We will stay here again and emphatically recommend it to others as well! Thanks!"

  If you like to do maintenance this is the unit for you. There are light switches to no where and the ceiling fans/ceiling lights have some sort of a problem. There was no coffee or "little things" as advertised. This is definitely "a run down investment property." The microwave and refrigerator were broken; the air filter; fireplace, stove, and placemats were dirty. The vacuum did not work. The sofa and loveseat are old. The dishwasher is so noisy you cannot hear the TV. There were no utensils for cooking. The towels were all stained. The owner did help with the cleaning and made an attempt at supplying us with a few utensils and towels of minimal quality. We continually thanked him for his efforts, even for replacing the microwave and the vacuum He explained he had us arriving at a two days later. Our patience just ran out. Is this how you want to spend your "Luxury" vacation?

  Owner response: Series of unfortunate events. Our property has had hundreds of families and visitors over the past 7 years and this is by far the worst experience as an owner. The property is clean and inviting. Some items were missing from previous guest visit and we promptly replaced, however, the visitor wanted to give us a "PUNCH LIST" as if they were purchasing the property and doing an inspection? We even went as far to replace new microwave instead of repairing cracked handle, bought flat screen tv even though current TV fine, replaced towels, bought all new kitchen ware and any missing items. As a renter you want to be safe, comfortable and clean surroundings and unit. Weekly calls were common to come check this or that, would like to upgrade the refrigerator and the list goes on and on. At some point you just give up with an unreasonable tenant. Wish it could have worked out better for both parties - as stated in our agreement if "anything is not to your satisfaction please call us immediately". After renting for 3 months this guest wants to renegotiate lease fees? We provided a nice property and took care of any problems right away - bending over backwards was not enough to prevent a bad review. Unfortunate - you can call us for further details if needed and rest assured that you will enjoy your visit to this condo. Respectfully
