Thanks so much for renting your lovely house to us for this month. You were gracious hosts and it was really neat that we had the opportunity to meet you. The dishwasher and thermostat problems were unfortunate for you, but it gave us a chance to see how responsive you were to small problems. Again, thanks. PS -- We met a couple at the Churchill pool a couple of days ago who were paying $3400 for a rental and the house had nothing in it -- not even silverware, no golf clubs, no bicycles, and no golf cart, etc. I guess we were lucky to find you.

Sue & David, We had a fabulous time in your lovely house in the Villages! Your house is equipped with everything we could possible need. We loved driving the golf cart everywhere. We enjoyed the entertainment in the town squares every night. O. took lessons at Arnold Palmer and had the entire month to improve his game. We are so impressed with your home. It is beautiful. It is beyond all our expectations. You have provided everything so nicely, and all in such good taste. We have jumped into the Villages lifestyle with both feet and have been going ever since we have arrived. We have been golfing 2 or 3 times already, right around the corner at Pimlico, and are looking into getting into a few other clubs for other activities. Your pool down the street is great, and we have taken advantage of it already. We have 3 different friends that own here, and have already been out with them to eat, went to the lighting of the Christmas Tree at Sumter town square and have also been to a Christmas party at one of their homes. Nothing but FUN, FUN FUN!!!

Sadly we have come to the end of our stay in the Villages. We are leaving this evening and staying in a hotel in Orlando overnight as we have an early flight in the morning. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay and will check availability against flights when we get home. There are no problems with the house and everything was there to make it a comfortable home from home. We will be in touch as soon as we get over the jet lag and the shock of returning to cold weather.

Thanks for your call to welcome us to your home. What a nice touch. Your home has far exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless upon our arrival. The firm that you have maintaining your property here are doing an excellent job. We are in the process of finding our way around and learning the ropes concerning golf, tennis and fitness procedures. So far our only regret is that we will only be able to stay for one month. We also feel a bit guilty that we are here enjoying The Villages and you are back in up-state New York. Oh well. The information you have provided is proving to be most useful.
