This is our second time at this condo. My husband and I came two years ago and were just as pleased as the first time. Condo very clean and neat, well maintained and so so comfortable, everything we needed! The view magnificent from both lanai's We are just a few minutes from the beach and the Internationl Market Place which is so popular and we were privileged to see them filming a scene from Hawaii 5-0 when we were there, that was quite exciting!. Tour pick-ups right in front of our condo, so convenient (Tours purchased at afffordable tours right on our street, Seaside Avenue, two minutes away from the condo best prices) Great food, restaurants in walking distance Hula Grill, Shore Bird etc. right on the ocean. Grocery also just a few blocks away. We definitely recommend this unit, best spot in Waikiki! We would love to return some day.

My husband & I, and brother were truly amazed where this unit was located & how really clean it was! We were finishing up a 25th Wedding Anniversary trip and needed to stay in Waikiki for a couple of nights, as we were visiting family. We had been to Oahu several times before. Location was 1.5 blocks away from the beach, International Marketplace..close to shops, dining, etc. This Unit has AMAZING views. It's on the 15th floor. From one Lanai, you can see the Ocean with surfers and outrigger canoes, and the Royal Hawaiian, from the other Lanai, you can see the mountains and a view of the canal with rowers..night lights were mesmerizing. Unit was exceptionally clean, contemporary Hawaiian music Carl had playing was so welcoming (when I was 13 the band, Kalapana, my fav., was the FIRST album I bought :))! Carl is an incredibly kind man who wanted to be sure we all were comfortable! Kitchen was a plus, furnishings & sytle tropical..LOVED IT! Unit also had beach chairs & boogie boards, if we wanted. No need to think twice about this place...we will definitely call upon Carl for this unit again & any others he may have! BOOK WITH CARL! Mahalo, Carl...you live ALOHA <3

This condo was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! It is located conveniently to everything needed as well. Pick up for tours and activities was literally right outside the door. Parking another great benefit. The beach was a couple of minutes away. The view from both lanai's was spectacular. The Trade Winds blowing through the sliders while sleeping was so very relaxing and peaceful. Working with Carl was incredibly easy and went literally without one hitch. I look forward to doing business with him again and have, and intend to continue to, recommend him to my family and friends. Mahalo Carl!

I've successfully used VRBO 4 times for my Hawaii vacations and this condo is by far the best in terms of location, ammenities, cleanliness, customer care/service and value. Ted and Carl were wonderful to us and worked hard to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. The condo itself is exactly as the pictures depict: gorgeous, clean, quiet and comfortable. We were treated to fantastic views from two lanais (balconies) and had access to free parking, internet, full kitchen and other great little perks like beach chairs, sun umbrella and snorkel gear. A true home-away-from-home. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough! Many many mahalos Ted and Carl for delivering what you advertised and promised: paradise in paradise at great value. We will see you next year, amigos!

Amazing location and great amenities

My husband and I spent a week in the condo for our 1st wedding anniversary and had an amazing time! The condo is in such a great location to downtown Waikiki, it's perfect for someone that did not rent a car! The special touches that the owner put into the condo (when we walked into the condo they had Hawaiian music playing, scuba gear and beach accessories, ect.) made it a truly a special experience!! We will gladly tell everyone that we know who will be visiting the island to stay here!!

The Heart of Waikiki

My wife and I just loved it! The location was perfect close to everything that Waikiki had to offer. Having the kitchen meant we weren't forced to always find a place to eat. Carl was a great host and we will definitely stay there again.

This place was great! I loved having a kitchen so that we could save money by cooking our own meals. Carl was great to work with, very accommodating! We had a great time. The condo is in a great location, by plenty of shopping, and bars with great happy hour deals and of course an easy walk to the beach! Loved it! :-)

My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks at this corner condo from March 14th - March 28th, 2010. Great condo, great location. Having two lanai's was great, the view magnificent. Everything we needed in walking distance, the ocean, restaurants, shops, gorceries etc. We found the pictures on the website to be exactly what we got when we arrived. Not only was the condo clean and well maintained but comfortable as well as cozy. Carl had suggested different tours not to miss and we booked many of them at Affordable Tours, a few minutes away from the condo on Seaside Avenue and we enjoyed everyone of them. We definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends as well as to our co-workers. We had delicious steaks at the Outrigger Reef and Hula Grill , enjoyed the Buffet at Smorgey's. We also enjoyed shopping at the International Market Place, The bus transportation was also great. We had a wonderful vacation. Gaétan and I want to thank you once again, Carl, for renting you condo to us. We would very much like to do business with you in the future,

I booked this unit before coming to Hawaii for my 20th high school reunion. I was very particular about the type of room and amenities we wanted. A kitchenette, easily accessible and safe parking, walking distance to all the Waikiki restaurants and beaches we wanted to visit, and updated furnishings and electronics. And this unit (and Carl!) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the views spectacular. I just loved to sit and watch the rain roll in from the mounatins. And whether you're travelling by car or foot, the condo is in a perfect location. I HIGHLY reccomend staying here!

Aloha!Carl l! I and my wife stayed 7 nights this time.This corner unit has good mountain and city lights view.We enjyoed the beautiful city lights every nights. The TV and DVD system is very new and we were able to fully enjoied music of Hawaii.The free parking lot is very good position to park. This unit has Broadband Internet connector so we talk to my son in Japan from my laptop PC by skipe every day. I want to stay with three people with my son next year.Thank you Carl!I'm not good at english and you spoke to me very slowly for easy to understand. It was the 15th Hawaii, but at last we found the most suitable unit for my family. see you next year ! I'll be back !

We stayed here for 9 nights and 10 days and it was PERFECT! This was our 4th trip to Hawaii and I have done A LOT of research for the best bang for a buck. This WITHOUT A DOUBT has been the best deal AND place we have stayed at! Everything is actually as pictured on this website, the deposit to hold is very affordable, and Carl is a pleasure to work with. He is very accommodating and his place has EVERYTHING + more you will need for a long stay. My only compliant is we couldn't stay longer at his unit as I booked the place a little late so DO NOT HESITATE and book with Carl soon! We will DEFINITELY be back when we come again to our favorite vacation place ever!

This unit was perfect; I was here on business and had to do a lot of traveling, the unit is centrally located. It is also about a 4 minute walk to Waikiki beach. There is every store imaginable within walking distance as well as any kind of restaurant you heart desires. The unit is on the 15th floor with views of the ocean and the mountains. It has everything you need including the kitchen sink and it is spotless. Don't hesitate you could not get a better place for the $$$$.
