Walking distance from popular Ridgevale Beach (less than half of a mile), and only two miles from downtown Chatham, this 3,500 square foot home is a luxurious retreat for those who believe "you get what you pay for!!" Newly renovated kitchen (granite countertops and stainless steel appliances), oak floors, and a master bedroom suite modeled after a resort. You will definitely enjoy your time here.
The home also has an incredibly spacious backyard which includes a large playset and an oversized custom-built sandbox, so relaxed playtime is easy. Get the grill going, pour an afternoon cocktail, and relax on the deck (do not forget to turn your cell-phone off!!).
There is plenty of room for everyone - a king bed in the master suite, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and another bedroom with a bunkbed and a nook with a third built-in twin.
