Walking distance from popular Ridgevale Beach (less than half of a mile), and only two miles from downtown Chatham, this 3,500 square foot home is a luxurious retreat for those who believe "you get what you pay for!!" Spacious modern kitchen, multiple eating areas for large groups, plenty of quality cookware, glassware and utensiles. The home also has an incredibly spacious, private backyard which includes a large playset and an oversized custom-built sandbox, so relaxed playtime is easy. Great for kids and adults alike. Get the grill going, pour an afternoon cocktail, and relax on the deck (do not forget to turn your cell-phone off!!).
There is plenty of room for everyone - a king bed in the master suite, an additional newly-renovated king bedroom, another newly-renovated queen bedroom with a custom-built bunk set (one of which is hidden), and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a nook with a built-in twin. The bedrooms are a Kid's paradise- just fun sleeping locations! Three full bathrooms upstairs (including an amazing bathroom with a large corner jacuzzi tub and dual shower in the master bath) - and two half baths on the first floor. Another plus is TWO laundry rooms (one on each floor)- so those wet, sandy clothes will not pile up.
This is certainly a house that you will not feel cramped in, especially if it's rainy or foggy and not your typical beach day.
Speaking of which, if it rains or is foogy, who cares. Play Ping Pong or Foosball in the basement, or go and jump on the enclosed trampoline in the backyard. Enjoy movies with surround sound in the living room, or go to one of the master bedrooms and watch some sports game in solitude on the flatscreen TVs, all with HD cable.
This is a very rare rental property so close to Ridgevale Beach due to both the house and yard size. If you stay here, we guarantee you'll want to come back!

This was a wonderful property. We were a party fo 6 adults and 3 children under 4 years old. This a very child friendly house. There were many toys and books for the children. The fenced backyard and the swing/slide set were perfect. The kitchen and eating area were very large and a great gathering place.The house was large with plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely recommend this house.

Everyone could gather and help with all the space.The sunny deck allowed the parents to relax in the afternoon sun while the kids played in the yard.Split the cost between two families and the value can’t be beat.

This is a marvelous house! It is convenient to everything and the owners have made it welcoming and comfortable. We were 5 adults and 2 children, and it was perfect.My grandchildren, ages 5 & 2,thought it was the best vacation they ever had.
