This new spacious 4500 sq/ft, five bedroom, shore house with elevator features a massive great room that spans the entire second floor with a gas fireplace, a designer kitchen with double tier granite counters on the central Island counter ,and a deck across the entire front of the house with two oversize sliding doors for access.
Plenty of room for the whole family.
The second floor also has a large dinning table for eight and a table for 4 Our Kitchen counter also has a second sink with a wine refrigerator.
The first floor has three bedrooms (one king-size bed, one with two queen-size beds and one with a twin bunk bed. There is also the foyer, a full bath as well as a Second large sitting area with two couches and TV with Cable and VCR. Perfect for the kids to hang out. Separate heating and air-conditioning zone.
The Master Suite on the third floor features a large room with a King size bed, a gas fireplace, a wet bar with sink and small refrigerator, coffee machine, sitting area, a master bathroom with Italian Marble, a Jacuzzi tub and a deluxe walkin multi-shower head shower, Cable TV, separate heating and air conditioning zone, as well as private front and back decks. In addition there is second bedroom on the third floor with a Queen-size bed private full bath in Italian Marble and access to the back top deck with views of the Atlantic City skyline.
The house is located a half block in from the beach allowing easy walks to the beach. There is private parking for at least three cars in the driveway and a car in the garage. Fun all season round. Just Minutes away from all of the Atlantic City casinos and restaurants. Weekends off season. Great Winter Rates.

This is a family owned house. We are a large family who all have kids of our own now and enjoy getting together at the beach all year long. Check out Brigantine in the fall when the Striped Bass fishing hot. The guys can surf fish, the kids collect shells, and the ladies can enjoy cocktails on the deck or beach. Vehicle pass for beach access available.

We just got back from another fantastic Brigantine Summer vacation - this house was so incredibly spacious it made it easy to relax and get away from it all - giving you the option of three floors was super. The parents with kids got the first floor - the middle floor is the living space and offered a buffer to the master suite and additional bedroom and bath. The kitchen and DR were probably the largest we've had the pleasure of renting and it was great to be able to fit our whole family AND company who came over for dinner. Parking in the garage was a luxury we didn't expect and having a keyless entry to the house made coming and going super simple. Beautifully decorated and super comfy furniture made it all the more enjoyable. If you are looking for a lot of space close to the beach - you found the right spot!

Everything you could want from a vacation beach house. My mom made use of the elevator which was a blessing and the great room truly was G R E A T ! Room for the whole family. The bedrooms are so nicely appointed and my husband and I loved the Master suite. The kids liked being able to walk down to all the shoppes and the beach is so close.

Welcome to our guest book. We hope you enjoy your stay here. Please locate the info notebook to answer some questions you have and the guest book for comments on previous guests. You may also enter comments on this web guest book. The combination of Brigantine and Atlantic City (AC) should provide fun for all of our guests. Be sure to check with events happening in AC. There are various shows and performers in relatively small forums making it worth the trip. Most of the good performances sellout so book tickets in advance. Lots and lots of beach. If you like to eat check out the all you can eat buffet for $24.99 at Harrah's this is worth the visit. Enjoy Brigantine, Wayne
