"HALE AKA" is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with two master suites. (It is NOT a condo.) It can be rented as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom for up to 8 people, or rent the "Master Studio Suite", which is one large room with a kitchenette and it's own bathroom and a private entry and lanai. Perfect for couples on their honeymoon or just to get away for a restful vacation. Or, rent the entire 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home for up to 10 people.
Enjoy the peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere of our spacious, four bedroom, three bath vacation home located on a quiet street in Poipu Beach. This four year old home is on Kuai Road, located between the world famous Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach & Park. A short walk to crystal blue waters and sandy beaches. Surfing, swimming, body-surfing, sunbathing, snorkeling and family picnicking and fun. Or just enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The home features spacious living, three lanai's and all the comforts of home. Perfect for a tropical and restful vacation. The only decision-making you'll be doing is deciding on what beach (Brennecke Beach or Poipu Beach) to go to, because you are in the heart of Poipu.
Approximately 14 miles from Lihue Airport. Located on the sunny South side of Kauai where the ocean is always crystal clear and clean.

Owner Description
I was born and raised here on Kauai. Lived and worked in California for 36 years, retired and came home to Kauai in 2003. Built this beautiful home in 2004 and have been operating it and maintaining it as a vacation rental since then.
The Unique Benefits of this House
So close to beautiful Brennecke beach and Poipu Beach. No hassels about parking. Just leave your car in the garage and walk down to the beach. About a 3 minute walk. Also walking distance to the famous Brennecke Restaurant and Brennecke Deli and Nukomoi Surf Co. (Beach and surf rentals) Located at the end of a deadend street. Very little or no traffic. Very private, away from the beach noise and the crowds.
