This outstanding, brand new home is located in a quiet position of Rotonda's Pine Valley, overlooking a picturesque lake. The villa is a five minute drive from local shops, supermarkets, beaches, and several golf courses.
Our luxurious house occupies a double lot (south-facing) overlooking a natural lake in a quiet conservation area. The villa enjoys a total area of 3500 square feet and has been designer furnished to a very high standard. Both master suites have doors opening out onto the extended pool deck which is equipped with 6 sun loungers,8 chairs, and large table. The house has been equipped to provide visitors with every comfort and convenience in mind. The villa is equipped with many upgrades. In addition guests have for their use four bikes, X-box with games, table tennis, fax machine, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolbox, and Gas Barbecue. There is also a pool safety screen available for children should it be required.

The villa is really beautiful, one of the best we have ever stayed in. We have seen a variety of wild life including bob cats, aligators, wild pigs and plenty of birds. The children loved the gorgeous beaches and Mom shopped till she dropped. There was so much to do, we are looking foward to coming back again next year.
