This fabulous mid-century modern luxury Palm Springs vacation home -- located in the "Beverly Hills of Palm Springs" -- is all about the legendary Palm Spring life style - cool, fun and relaxed. Old Las Palmas is a neighborhood of private gated estates and wonderful luxury homes.

Walled and gated our vacation home offers a private and secluded get-a-way. In old California-style, our home has the perfect floor plan with two wings and three of the four bedrooms opening to the pool and outdoor area. The generous 3,000 square foot home is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. From just about every room you can enjoy spectacular mountain views.

The large living room offers a wall of windows to enjoy the outdoors and pool area, cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace. The kitchen has granite counter tops, GE Monogram refrigerator, ice maker and other top-of-the-line GE appliances. Bedrooms consist of king, queen, queen and a king. Each bedroom has generous closets and their own bathroom.

With a large 1/3 acre lot, the grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature towering palm trees, orange, lemon and grapefruit trees, and a large grassy area -- all of which make this home feel like a resort. The outdoor living area has a beautiful black bottom pool, spa and offers a double gas barbecue and outdoor kitchen. After the sun goes down, uplighting on the palms transport you to a own private resort.

All of the modern conveniences are at your finger tips from wireless internet to an outdoor stereo system to 3 DVDs to cable TV.
