This 4000 square foot home has three bedrooms and three and a half baths, with king-size beds in two rooms and two twin beds in the third, double walk-in master room closet, and private bathrooms in two rooms. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made upon request. There also is a family room, living room, formal dining room, spacious kitchen, Laundry Room, and large Game/TV Room, all situated on 1.25 acres. The property has room for your RV, and pets will be very comfortable in the backyard.

The home has beautiful stained wood trim, doors, and cabinets, carpet and tile throughout the house, and a fireplace. A large covered patio overlooks the pool and spacious back yard. The Arizona sunsets are especially beautiful from our backyard vantage point. The neighborhood is very quiet with homes on .5 to 1.25 acre lots, but it also is situated in close proximity to entertainment, dining, shopping, and recreational opportunities.

  • We stayed At this rental and had a very pleasant stay,quiet,very nice neighborhood,handy to eating places,grocery stores,gas stations,etc. Owner was very helpful and lives in the next house if you need anything or information. This is a very large house and will handle plenty of guests.Beautiful fruit trees and they were loaded.Game room will entertain the kids.   • I am soooo pleased to have found this property on VRBO.....it made me the hero of the family reunion. This property has much more to offer than the description allows. It is incredibly spacious and gracious, and the owners couldn't be more hospitable. From the extra bedding, to a large crab pot, they were always right there to lend a hand. we've already decided to make this home our Mesa home away from home, and so has everyone else we showed the home to, so book it while you can!
