This 4000 square foot home has three bedrooms and three and a half baths, with king-size beds in two rooms and two twin beds in the third, double walk-in master room closet, and private bathrooms in two rooms. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made upon request. There also is a family room, living room, formal dining room, spacious kitchen, Laundry Room, and large Game/TV Room, all situated on 1.25 acres. The property has room for your RV, and pets will be very comfortable in the backyard.
The home has beautiful stained wood trim, doors, and cabinets, carpet and tile throughout the house, and a fireplace. A large covered patio overlooks the pool and spacious back yard. The Arizona sunsets are especially beautiful from our backyard vantage point. The neighborhood is very quiet with homes on .5 to 1.25 acre lots, but it also is situated in close proximity to entertainment, dining, shopping, and recreational opportunities.

Why the Owner Chose Mesa
We purchased the home from our dear neighbor when his wife of 45 years passed away. He was a craftsman and did a lot of the cabinetry and woodwork that is prevalent in the home. He is happy that the comfort and beauty of his home is being enjoyed by so many people
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our neighborhood is unique in that it is in the city of Mesa, but has a rural feel. All of the homes in the area are on 1/2 to 1.5 acre properties with many having horse and other animal privileges. Our home and the rental home are next to a 2 acre parcel which has only horses on it and they love to be fed grass, carrots, and any other delicacy you can give them.
