If you are looking for a comfortable "home" for your Green Valley vacation... This is it! From the time you arrive and throughout your stay you will be delighted with the amenities offered by this home. You will find a full, all-new, master bedroom suite with a large walk-in closet and private bath; a convenient laundry area just down the hall and a second bedroom with twin beds and separate full bath (both bedrooms open to a large, full glass Arizona room).
The Arizona room overlooks a spacious, private, fully landscaped and fenced back patio (see backyard view) with table, chairs, and loungers. You can even pick oranges and grapefruit right from our backyard trees for your breakfast! A fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and new Corian counters; all-new, tile flooring in the main hall, both baths, kitchen and dining room; a convenient dining room (with service for 12) which opens to a side patio with a new gas barbecue; a large two-car garage, and a 400 plus square foot great room with entertainment center, digital cable, VCR, and pull-out couch (queen-size) complete what is not your typical rental property.
If you need games, flashlights, a Safeway Shoppers card, shoe polish (why would you need that on vacation?), all possible linens, tools, umbrellas, etc... It is all here! Just bring your clothes, food, golf clubs, and car! This our home and we would like to share it with you... We think you will really enjoy your stay!
And when you are ready for some fun, you will find many nearby attractions... Our Desert Hills Five location is convenient to: six public and two private golf courses a 15 minute or less drive away... A large shopping area just five minutes away... Twelve Green Valley recreation centers each with large swimming pool and spa nearby (two are a short walk away)... Tucson (30 minutes)... the Desert Museum (40 minutes)... Old Tubac (20 minutes)... Madiera Canyon (20 minutes)... The Titan Missile site and San Xavier Mission both about ten minutes away...
In addition, there is plenty of hiking, sightseeing, tennis, biking, and lots more! And even though our home is in an age restricted community (one guest must be at least 55 years old), we think you will find our Green Valley home to be a truly unique, quiet, enjoyable, and, best of all, warm place to spend the winter!!
