Lots Of Northerners Head To Florida For The Temperate Climate. Sarasota Is Located On The Gulf Coast Some 60 Miles South Of Tampa/St. Petersburg. Take Advantage Of The Cultural Climate, During Your Visit To The Gem Of The Gulf Coast As Well. It's Unlikely That Any Other City This Size?Especially Among Destination Cities For Cold-Weather Refugees?Boasts As Sophisticated An Arts Environment.
The City Is Home To The John And Mable Ringling Museum Of Art, Famed For Its Old Masters; The Highly Respected Sarasota Opera, Florida West Coast Symphony, And Sarasota Ballet Of Florida; Several Theater And Choral Organizations; And Annual Festivals Dedicated To Cinema And Blues.
Although Many Sarasotans Choose To Live On The Mainland, The Barrier Islands Strung Between The Bay And The Gulf Of Mexico Prove Equally Alluring. St. Armands Key Has A Self-Contained Shopping District; Siesta Key Claims The Whitest-Sand Beaches In The World. All Of Them, Including Exclusive Residential Longboat Key, Are Connected By Causeways To Each Other And To The Mainland.
And With So Much West-Facing Shoreland, The Nightly Sunset-Watching Ritual Remains Popular. Whether Residents Wander To The Beaches Or Just To The Edge Of The Deck On Their Boat, Few Can Resist Trying To Catch The Flash Of Green Many Claim To See Just Before The Sun Slips Below The Horizon.
Wherever You Go And Whatever You Do You’ll Experience The Warm Welcome And Island Hospitality That Brings People To Siesta Key And Calls Them Back Year After Year.
About: Being a military wife and daughter, I have done my fair share of traveling around the world. I have found that one of the first things that a Mom (for those of you that do not know her first name) looks for when they first arrive in a new place is the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Time for ourselves is second place. I thought it would be great if we could help vacationing guest's get a little quality time (richly deserved) for themselves when on vacation. There was this one day...my youngest sister called me and said that she and her family were coming to Sarasota for a one week vacation in June. I suggested to her that it might be nice if her big sister (me) could place some groceries in her unit. About that time a light bulb went off and in came this idea of marketing vacation rental homes online, reserving them and having concierge service for them as well. So it began.... We are a family owned and operated business here is Sarasota. Being a military wife and running a military household, I feel that I have an attention to detail that some do not have. Our team will schedule tee times, day spa appointments, dinner reservations and even find a nanny to take care of the kids while Mom and Dad take a day off. If you would prefer a private dinner, we can arrange for a personal chef to come an cook for you (Mom, he will even do the dishes after he cooks). The list goes on and on. The main thing is....we are here to make sure that you get the vacation home and the vacation that you deserve, want and need in today's hectic world. After you reserve your vacation home with us, call me for the little details and I will handle them for you before you arrive. Here at Kalypso Bay Vacation Rentals & Concierge our goal is to help you achieve the vacation of your dreams. After all, we all deserve to be pampered and taken care of once in a while.
Why Private Homes:
Currently we help to market and reserve up to 80 unique vacation rental properties. We have bungalow's, condo's, private homes and timeshares for you to select your perfect vacation home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We love this house, it is among our favorites. It reminded us of a Key West style home, light and airy with a great view of the bay. It is also very private and secluded with lots of tropical foliage. The size makes it perfect for families who just want a little privacy and get away from the world.
