Beautiful views from the back patio of the swimming pool and spa (right at your doorstep!), with views of the golf course beyond. The master bedroom (king bed) has ensuite bath, vaulted ceiling, TV, and sliding doors to back patio. The guest bedroom (queen bed) has a large walk-in closet/storage area, ensuite bath with 'Jack and Jill' doors, a large desk with computer (with internet, of course!) and laser printer, and sliding door to the private courtyard. The bedrooms are well separated, ensuring privacy, and both beds are 12' deep memory foam, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep. In the living area, enjoy the 55 inch internet enabled TV with surround sound, and spacious dining area. Pandora internet radio and Netflix are enabled on the TV. Original art and glasswork grace the walls and add to the overall feeling of luxury and comfort. The kitchen has quartz countertops, beautiful stainless steel appliances, a bright skylight, and every amenity imaginable, even including an espresso machine and a well-stocked pantry. The private courtyard is accessed from the kitchen, and has a full-sized BBQ grill and cozy patio set. The attached garage has new full-sized front load washer and dryer. The main living areas are tiled for easy maintenance, while the bedrooms have new carpeting. We are the end unit so enjoy a great deal of quiet and privacy. Please note that while there is no parking available in the garage, there is ample room in the driveway and visitor parking spaces are adjacent to the unit.

We've stocked our townhome with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We have prepared a portfolio full of practical information like 'how to use' descriptions, when you garbage/recycle is picked up, etc. Included is a section on our favourite restaurants, and recommendations for things to do.
We have also provided everything we can think of to make your stay more comfortable: the pantry is stocked with short term supplies (including coffee, tea, powdered milk, soups, pasta, etc) so you won't be caught short if you get in late and don't have time or energy to shop for groceries immediately. We've also tried to cater to long term needs: a first aid kit, suncreen, skin lotions, sewing kit and sewing machine, hair dryer, hair straightening iron, hot curlers, travel size soaps and shampoos, full line of cleaning supplies, laundry soap and softener, and office supplies, just to name a few. RESERVATION DEPOSIT of $750 at time of booking. An ADVANCE PAYMENT equal to 50% of the rental rate for the first month is required 30 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT for the first month is on the first day of check-in. For stays longer than one month, subsequent rent is due and payable on the 1st of the month. Ninety(90) day notice is required for cancellation for full refund.

We boast an ideal location between downtown Palm Springs and the wonderful shopping in Palm Desert. Enjoy a round of golf or a tennis match arranged by the Tennis Club with players at your level. Or head out with one of our bikes to explore the many bike paths that Palm Springs offers. Alternately, check out our hiking books to find the perfect desert or mountain hike. On other days, enjoy the shopping at the upscale El Paseo Drive, check out the action at one of the area’s numerous casinos, take in some of the great live entertainment, or take a stroll through historic Palm Springs or La Quinta. At the end of the day, relax on our large back patio, shaded by lemon and grapefruit trees, and watch the action on the golf course. Or jump in the hot tub or pool, virtually 20 feet away. About the owner: Vicki and Dale are a semi-retired couple from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Dale is a computer consultant, and Vicki is a retired RN who is now a fused glass artist - several pieces of her work are displayed in the condo and many are functional pieces available for you to use. They have 2 sons and daughters-in-law, and two very active grandsons. They enjoy traveling, family get togethers, and tennis.
Why the Owner Chose Cathedral City: We have been coming to the American Southwest for a decade, and fell in love with the Palm Springs area. There is so much to do! We were thrilled with the opportunity to buy our townhouse, as well as fully renovate it to our tastes and standards.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: We love the tranquil feeling of our home. We especially appreciate the privacy, the abundant bougainvillea framing the arched entrance to the courtyard, the spacious feeling, the architectural interest the high ceilings, vaulted ceiling in the bedroom, the irregular angles in several rooms -- not your average box! We love sitting in the private courtyard in the morning sipping a cup of coffee, or enjoying the late afternoon on the back patio, overlooking the pool and the intoxicating fragrance of the lemon and grapefruit trees. Evenings can get quite cool in the desert, so we enjoy lighting the fire in the outdoor fire pit to prolong the day and keep us cozy. An added bonus is the abundant fruit crop in the spring, which we make into juice and mix with drinks......we even provide a fruit picker to get at the high hanging fruit.
