- TERMS & CONDITIONS: 50% of total payment due at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to rental start. It is understood and agreed between the parties that the premises shall be used and occupied for leisure and vacation only and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the Lessor. The lessee agrees to leave the premises in the same order and cleanliness as found. The security deposit will be returned after the unit has been inspected. If it is determined that excessive clean-up is required any additional cleaning fees will be subtracted from security deposit. CANCELATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 60 days out you will be refunded all monies paid minus a $25.00 processing fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days out you will be refunded half of all monies received. If you cancel within 30 days of the rental commencing you will only be refunded the security deposit.
