Our beautiful vacation chalet is located off scenic West Side Road in the desirable Birch Hill area at the end of a private and quiet cul-de-sac. Our home sleeps up to ten people comfortably in 2700 square feet of living space. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and Cathedral Ledge from the hot tub on the back deck.
Located in an ideal area providing privacy along with the convenience of being just five minutes to all the outlet shopping in North Conway, five minutes to Cranmore, ten minutes to StoryLand and Attitash Mountain, 15-20 minutes to Wildcat and Mount Washington, 25 minutes to Bretton Woods, 35-40 minutes to Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain, and around 45 minutes to Sunday River.This place is perfect for the skiers who like to be near several mountains. There is access to miles of skimobile trails. Also in the summer you can enjoy swimming at Echo Lake, only two miles away or walk a section of the Appalachian Trail.
The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras to provide you with many of the comforts of home and there is a new gas grill on the rear deck. A center island with four stools provides additional seating. There is a three-fourths bathroom off of the kitchen. The living room has vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. You can relax around a cozy fire in the over-sized riverstone fireplace. For your entertainment there is a 32-inch TV plus DVD/VCR, a seven-foot combination pool/air hockey table, a fuzzball table, a dart board, and many other games. Above the kitchen is a 17-foot by 28-foot loft with a queen-size bed and two full beds.
Located in the lower level is are two spacious bedrooms and a full bath with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a new 27-inch TV with DVD/VCR, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet. The second room is newly carpeted and with twin bunks provides a room that is loved by the kids (including the big ones) who get their own TV and a space of their own.

Excellant stay everything we needed well maintained and lots of extras. Beautful chalet everything here to set the mood even the wine is optional. Private hot tub, deck, and BBQ over looking the mountains. If you want to invite friends there's room for everyone.

This past weekend I stayed in this house with 8 other girls for my sister's Bachelorette Weekend. We wanted a place to relax and just enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer - well, this was the perfect place to do that. The house itself was great and very clean, the open floor plan was gorgeous and there was plenty of room for all of us women! Now for one of the best parts - THE VIEW!! If you want to feel like you are staying in the middle of the mountains rent this house! Paul the owner was great, he answered all my questions and his renters guide was very thorough which I really appreciated. We even called the property manager, Valerie, because we had a quick question - it was 8 at night and she got right back to us and was so helpful! I don't think there was one thing I could complain about, and we all want to go back as soon as possible! Rent this place - you won't be dissapointed!

It was a great location and great deal for the price. Close enough to the major slopes and 5 minutes from the town. Had a blast overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a nice secluded location.

We had a wonderful vacation at this home in North Conway over Thanksgiving week. Our entire family was there for TDay dinner. Prior to our arrival, the owner was kind enough to talk to me over the phone to make sure there was enough cookware to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 12. He even went out and bought a few folding chairs to accommodate us. Pool table, air hockey, foosball - and especially the hot tub - were all extras that made the house special. The views are beautiful. Location is great. We were able to go tubing and ride the Mountain Coaster at Cranmore, and visit some great restaurants and shops in the center. Not enough snow for skiing, but there was plenty to do! Thanks so much for a fantastic vacation.

What a great place to stay! It was very clean and very spacious. Paul was very nice and answered all of my questions. The views from the hot tub / back porch was beautiful! Next time I go I will make sure that I bring a hair dryer and extra towels. We were 5 ladies for a shopping trip. After you use a towel for the hot tub and shower there were not enough to go around. Thank you Paul for the wonder place to stay. We will be in touch to go again next year!

This house was everything and more than we expected, the house was perfect for our family of six. The place was clean and very spacious for our 9 and 11 year children to move around. We stayed during Hurricane Irene, the owner (Paul) was very helpful. He was very easy to deal with and made sure our stay was comfortable by providing us with everything we needed. We love North Conway, and will definitely rent this property again.

We were 2 families there with 15 month twins, 2 yr old, 3yr old and 5 yr old. The house was very spacious and had a large attic and living room for kids to run around. Every thing is pretty child-proofed except the kitchen. Just had to make sure that the twins didn't get to the kitchen cleaners etc. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The house is very private and and had great views from the deck. It's 15 minutes or so to storyland. We are already talking about coming back to this place next year...

Pros: The house was as pictured. Big and Clean. We had a large group and it was large enough to accomodate us all. Plenty of kitchen space as well. Very close to skiing at Attitash. Hot tub was awesome. I would definately go there again. Paul was very helpful in answering any questions I had prior to my visit. Cons: We couldn't find an electrical cord for the air hockey table, so we could not use it as such. You do need to bring your own wood for the fireplace. Neither of these would prevent me from renting again.

We loved this house!!! It is a great gathering place for a group of family or friends taking a trip together. The living space (living room/kitchen) is wide open and perfect for spending time as a group. The pool table was thoroughly enjoyed as was the hot tub! After long days of snowboarding at multiple nearby resorts, the hot tub was very welcome. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the things needed for a worry free vacation (the kitchen was great especially!) It was also nice to have a house in the mountains with wifi access! The location is great, the views are great, this house is great :) We will be visiting this house again for sure.
