The master bedroom is a king that sleeps 2. There is also a queen aero bed with linens may be used in the living room for 2 additional guests. Master bath has a huge walk in shower, jetted soaker tub, massive granite vanity, and large walk in closet. The Full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters has everything you'll need. Full size sofa, love seat & chair--seats 6 in the living room. All of the amenities you want and need--wireless internet, cable TV, laundry in unit, elevator, alarm, keyless entry, secure building, gym on 1st floor, gated off-street parking for 1 car, street car is 1/2 block away. Convenient to Mardi Gras Parades, French Quarter, WWII Museum, CBD, Harrah's Casino, many nearby restaurants & bars, and everything else New Orleans has to offer. Due to our HOA, we have a firm policy that all rentals must be a 7 night minimum stay.

The condo is located 3 houses from St Charles Ave. It is perfect for Mardi Gras! Most of the parades pass right by 1st St. on their way down St Charles Ave. A car is not required, but if you drive, an off-street, gated space is included. The street car stop is also 3 houses down from the condo on St Charles Ave. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The Fresh Market is a short 4 blocks away for your grocery needs. This is a quiet residential section of the Garden District where you can live like a local!
