We are one of the area's most popular family oriented CLEAN BEACHSIDE Three Condos located just behind the Gulf Front. We have Three units at Sugar Beach Complex 2-2Bedroom/2Bath and 2-1 Bedroom/2Bath units: Listings #50471 is a 2Bed/2Ba sleeps up to 6, #55862 is a 1Bedroom/2Bath sleeps up to 4, and #58244 is a 1Bedroom/2Bath sleeps up to 6. Relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico while in one of our lovely affordable condos with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. HIGH SPEED INTERNET IN THE UNIT.
We have Three newly remodeled units Two-2 bedroom 2 bath sleep 6 and Two 1 bedroom (townhouse) unit with 2 baths that sleeps six. Great for groups of up to 22 people in the same complex. The units are located on the beachside on the second and third floor with side views of the beach from private balconies. We have 300 feet directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
We have year around security guard, beachside restrooms and a snack bar with drinks and great food. Four swimming pools, three located on the gulf front and one on the first floor (one heated and one great for small kids). There are rental chairs and umbrella's on the beach, also large upper level sundecks. We have picnic tables and barbecue grills for cooking your own food. Also play Tennis and Shuffleboard on site.
Our complex is three stories made of concrete construction, enclosed out of the weather hallways with two elevators.
They are checked before and after you leave. We look forward to having you as a part of our yearly rental family.

Why the Owner Chose Other Gulf Shores Properties
I had always lived near the beach and visited the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area my entire life and always loved it. There is no place that I can go to relax and enjoy the ocean and get away from the stress of work than coming to the beach a few hours from home. I decided one day that I wanted a second home there and checked around for several months and decided to purchase a unit and liked it so much we went in with my brother and purchased a second one. I think if you are ever wanting to purchase beach property this is the area to come.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I think I enjoy getting up in the morning going to the beach with a chair, my Bible and a cup of Coffee. I can sit, read and listen to the waves coming in when most are still sleeping only a few fishermen. Another thing I like to do is to get on by bike and ride up the bike path along the streets. There is bike and walking in front of the condo for our enjoyment. We are also located close to all the attractions, grocery stores, and Resturants.

We are the Crow Family and live in Collinsville Alabama North of Birmingham. We have always loved the beach and lived there in the Fairhope area until moving near our parents. We look forward to the day of retirement and spending alot of time at the beach. The condo is a getaway for us. We hope that you will stay with us in our unit and look forward in you sharing it when you come to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.

I think the complex is very family friendly. It has all the things you need. The units are updated, CLEAN and in good location to the elevators and beach. This unit had all the kitchen items we needed for cooking some of our meals. We also liked the Sugar Shack a Snack Bar near the pools that offered all types of good fast food and drinks that we didn't have to go out or cook a meal or two. They have the nicest place for a family to sit around in the shade and grill out. They had 3 or 4 large commerical charcoal grills you could use. They have two CLEAN bathrooms near the beach and pools so you don't have to go up to the room. There was also underneath parking to keep you from getting wet while unloading if raining. The Security Guards were very nice and very helpful. We will make this our place to come with the kids every year. They loved it and they made alot of good friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
