Somerset condo description

This bright beach-front 3rd floor unit is perfect for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. Boasting world-class views of the Gulf of Mexico while providing all the comforts of home, this unit (Unit #313) will set the stage for an unforgettable stay.

The unit (which comfortably sleeps 5) features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a fully serviced kitchen, desk and 2-seater table. The open-concept dining area and fully furnished living space leads directly onto the lanai, which is also accessible from the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, with a walk-in closet with vanity table leading to a full private bath. The second bedroom also has a full private bath as well as a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with brand new flat-screen TVs. As an added feature, there is a closed-off, air-conditioned area with a queen-size sleeper sofa that can function as a third private sleeping space.

For your convenience, we have included a washer and dryer, free WiFi, HD cable and a telephone. Each bed comes with two sets of linens, and towels are included. A storage unit will be made available.

The Somerset building is perfect for families, couples and groups of up to 5, with its amicable nature, quiet atmosphere and private beach entrance. It is a safe and secure building on the south western side of Marco Island along its famous Crescent Beach. Activities such as water sports, golfing, hiking, dolphin and alligator tours, bird-watching, and yoga are within walking distance. World-class dining is available in both casual and formal settings and a dine-in movie theatre is right across the street.

Naples is just a 30-minute drive away, and with fishing off the Pier, shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue, art exhibitions in the park and Tin City, anyone of any age can find an excellent way to spend the day.

            We enjoyed the most amazing view we've experienced in South Florida! The condo was everything promised online and more. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphin play and listening to the surf! This was our first trip to Marco Island and we have several must do's- Goodland on Sunday afternoon with dinner at the Little Bar, excellent breakfasts at Ne Ne's Kitchen and Doreen Cup of Joe's and do not miss Tigertail Beach- well worth the hike across the lagoon to the outer island. Had lunch on the Isle of Capri at Pelican's Bend. We will be back! Thank you for the great place to call home for the week- short walk to the beach and pool and the grounds were beautiful. Made lots of new friends.

            Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

            Amazing condo with unbeatable view. Had an amazing week. Only complaint was there was a new washer and dryer being installed during our stay, we did not know this was happening and found out after when we arrived home and the door was left open with the paperwork on the counter. Besides this loved the condo and location.

            This was our 3rd visit to Marco Island within the past year, and we really enjoyed staying in this wonderful condo. It was recently updated and it showed! It had modern furniture, was clean, bright and very spacious for our family of four. I especially enjoyed sleeping on a comfortable bed. Unlike other places where the bedroom and bedding are so outdated and not comfortable at all. I travel constantly and always appreciate a comfortable room. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach.. we loved it. The balcony was very spacious and perfect for just enjoying a sunset or people watching. We would stay here again.

            Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing, girls getaway.
