My father was one of the developers of Wolf Creek in the 1960's. When money became available after his death, we decided to use it to buy a part of his dream!

Owned and Managed by Marilyn McMullin-Woodger. I have been a Real Estate Broker in Utah for 30 years. My family has spent many happy hours boating, fishing and water-skiing on Pineview Reservoir and golfing at Wolf Creek. We also enjoy hiking, and love all the trails available to hikers and mountain bikers. The skiing is unsurpassed anywhere in the world! We love Ogden Valley for its beauty and many recreational opportunities.

Perfect for a family reunion

We looked all over for a place to have a family reunion over Thanksgiving and this property was perfect! It has a ton of space, not only lots of bedrooms, but also plenty of space to stretch out, hang out and relax. Since it was cold we didn't take advantage of the pool or hot tub but they were nice and would be great during the warmer months. I also loved that we didn't have to worry about bringing pots, pans and other stuff to cook our Turkey dinner with. This place had everything we needed, even a double oven and separate turkey roaster. Downstairs there was a big screen TV in one room and in another room air hockey table and board games. Our party had 10 adults and 12 kids and we all fit comfortably. We would love to visit again and I recommend you do too!!!

From the moment we arrived to the last glance around this spacious townhome, we felt very much at home. This is one of the most comfortable and relaxing townhomes we have ever leased. The skiing is fantastic at Snowbasin, powder, powder and more powder (this was not Spring skiing conditions!!)We shared this home with another family (9 total including our kids)and had plenty of room to spread out after a long day on the slopes. Ya'll enjoy, we certainly did! Thank you Mr and Mrs Woodger!!! db

This house was abosolutely fantastic!!! It was extremely spacious and lavishly well furnished. We spent our evenings in the basement playing with all the fun games the house provides, and watched movies in the entertainment room. It was AWESOME! the homeowners were very nice about sending us material related to the area and activities. The part is that it was only 15 minutes from Snowbasin and 10 minutes from Powder Mountain! We are definately coming back next year!!!
