Independent Pelion guest house, with five modern apartments, 60 m above the magnificent beaches of the Pelion peninsula, Potistika and Melani. Amidst olive groves, located on a road that is hardly travelled by anyone, which leads to a beach about 200m far on foot in 2 min, the property is situated on a hill of the small Potistika river valley, where two of the most beautiful beaches of Greece are situated on the outlet: Potistika and Melani. From the apartments you have a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea, with a very good view you can see the Athos mountain ranges. A garden with lawn around the house is there for our guests. The Aegean side of the Pelion, especially the two beaches Potistika and Melani are considered by insiders as a secret tip for connoisseurs of Greece. In our modern, new and very well-maintained apartments we try to balance both ecology and living comfort.

Service - hygiene: Inclusive services:
Change of towels is done every 4 days with no extra charge. Change of bed linens and general cleaning every 7 days with no extra charge. Final cleaning is inclusive. Heater is inclusive when necessary.

Other services are possible upon request.

Additional services for extra fee:
Air-conditioning: € 5/day considering economical usage.

We try to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the apartments to a maximum through our cleaning service.

Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy appointments can be made with an experienced German Physiotherapist directly in the house. Special areas of therapy are:
-Vojta for children
- Kinesiology
- Craniosacral therapy
- Classic massages and PNF.

Apartment Galathea is on the 1st floor with separate entrance which is reachable over 30 steps, an eagle's nest towards the sea, with perfect, wonderful view of the Aegean Sea, Pelion Mountains and Potistika beach. You have German satellite television, a Midi music system, a well equipped kitchen, partial air-conditioning on floors, Wi-Fi in front part of the house. Galathea has a separate bedroom with double bed, separate small living room with sleeping couch and a separate, well equipped kitchen, as well as bathroom, a small suite. The apartment totally has 5 large and 5 small windows, as well as a large glass balcony door. It has a roofed shady balcony in the north, even the small balcony of staircase in the south can be used for breakfast. The apartment is suited for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (+ 2.sleeping couch).

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment mit der sehr gut ausgestatten Küche, dem kleinen Wohnzimmer und dem kleinen Schlafzimmer sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeberfamilie hat immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anliegen und beriet uns gerne bezüglich lohnender Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Die Strände nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt sind wunderbare Sandstrände, das herrlich warme Ägäismeer ließ beim Schwimmen und Tauchen keinen Wunsch offen. Es waren um diese Zeit kaum noch Touristen am Strand, nur die wenigen Anwohner genossen den Strand. Unser Gasthaus ist umgeben mit einer großen Gartenanlage, so das wir am Haus auch immer ein schönes Plätzchen zum Sonnen oder Grillen finden konnten. Der Ausblick vom Apartment auf die Ägäis und den Strand waren einfach wundervoll. Wirklich ein stilles Ferienparadies ohne Massentourismus, Industrie und Stadt, Natur pur und trotzdem komfortabel.

Das gepflegte Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig in einem großen Garten am Hang über dem Potistika Strand. Das Appartment 5 war sehr sauber und ist komplett mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Vom Balkon (nordseitig und angenehm kühl) und dem Wohnraum bietet sich ein herrlicher Blick zum Strand und in die Berge. Zum Strand geht man ca. 5 Minuten. Er ist in der Vorsaison wenig besucht. Nur an den Wochenenden ist er auch von Einheimischen gut besucht. Oberhalb des Strandes gibt es eine schöne Strandbar. Zum Essen ist eine Bar und Restaurant (10 Minuten Fußweg) mit schöner Terasse über dem Meer zu empfehlen. Wir haben 2 Wochen dort mit Wandern und Baden sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Athina sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartman hat eine gute Ausstattung und die Gastgeber Familie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand Potistika ist einfach traumhaft. Es hat uns gut gefallen, dass die Gegend recht ruhig ist (wir waren in August da!), wir haben kein Massentourismus erlebt. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartman war wunderschön - Richtung Strand -, die Terasse war am ganzen Tag im Schatten. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ja, jederzeit wieder, denn wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und immer gut betreut. Das Quartier sehr sauber, sehr gut und stilvoll ausgestattet und ein Traumblick auf einen Traumstrand, den man zu Fuß in 10 min erreicht. In der Laufumgebung eine erfreuliche Auswahl an Tavernen etc. und dennoch ein ruhiges Tal ohne Lärmpegel.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
