This ‘Coastal Cutie’ is located in the charming Royal Sands beach front community! It’s just a short walk to the beach and directly across the street from one of the two private community pools! It's only minutes from Port Aransas fishing, restaurants and shopping. It’s also less than a mile from the new Arnold Palmer signature golf course and within two miles of the Mustang Island Airport. And, with the short 20-minute drive to Corpus Christi, you’re not far from The Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington, art museums, cinemas, and plenty of shopping…just to name a few!

The home is built around two beautifully landscaped pools with palm trees, lounge chairs, night lighting, bathrooms and shower. It has an open floor plan with relaxing seaside décor. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, a bunk with two twins and a trundle bed with two twins in the second room, and a queen in the third. This home is fully furnished for your comfort to include a washer and dryer, all linens, kitchen items, and a nice, privacy fenced deck for relaxing, entertaining, and BBQ-ing.

**Other local and area interests include: The Texas Birding Trail, Mustang Island State Park, The Aransas Wildlife Refuge and Whooping Crane Habitat, The University of Texas Marine Science Institute, Art Center for the Islands, and The Port Aransas Community Theater


Smoking is not allowed at this property. However, we will allow well behaved pets with deposits.

Restrictions:

1. There is a No Noise Policy that is strictly enforced after 10 PM. No loud or obnoxious behavior will be tolerated. Please remember that voices and loud noise carry more at night and will disturb other neighbors.

2. Please park only in the driveways. There is absolutely no parking allowed on the street, on the grass or in vacant lots. Vehicles not adhering to this policy are subject to be towed at the owner's expense.

3. Only four cars may be parked at the homes between 10 PM and eight AM.
4. The neighborhood restrictions prohibit campers, motor homes and any type of trailer being parked in the neighborhoods at any time.

5. All boats and watercraft must be parked fully in the driveway with your automobiles. If needed, you may park boats at the Port Aransas Municipal Marina for five days at no charge ($2/day after that). Contact the Harbor Master at 361-749-5429.

6. Pool is for owners, their guest and renters in residence only. Pool hours are from eight AM to 10 PM and are strictly enforced. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 14. Please shower before entering pool.
