This beautifully decorated condominium is conveniently located three miles from downtown Breckenridge,within minutes of a variety of year round Summit County activities! All of the furnishings and appointments are new with a Western, rustic flavor. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a welcome basket of coffees and teas to get you started on your first morning in Breckenridge.

Getting around Summit County is easy since the Summit Stage, the free shuttle, makes a stop just two blocks from the building. If you prefer to drive, you can park in our private garage or right outside the building.

Our condo is on the second floor of a two-story, six-unit building. From the private deck, you can prepare your dinner on the gas grill or simply enjoy spectacular mountain views. The condo's two bedrooms each have new, comfortable queen-size beds and there is a queen-size hide-a-bed in the living room.

Natural sunlight abounds throughout the unit, making it a most inviting place to be after a day of recreating!
